1. You claimed that there were only 10,000 psychologist in the US, that HLA was not violating the law by not staffing a school nurse, that I had claimed the best way to handle troubled teens was to ignore them, no kid had ever been abused at ASR, along with several other nonsensical points. On all of these mentioned you were proven wrong, how then can claim to have proven us wrong on every point?

2. What is the difference between group therapy and what you described as group meetings you attended in highschool?

3. How are kids who are locked up able to go to the authorites?

4. Do you believe that because you have never seen a kid locked up that it does not occur in this industry?

5. Considering it was made clear in many discussions  on many threads of which you pore over that TBS's routinley lie to states regaring their purpose, how were you ignorant of this fact?

16. You claimed that a person in the public sector would not be charged with murder if a child died in their care in a manner similar to that of those in the PTS provided the person had followed the "proper procedure" What is the proper procedure for killing a child?

17. You claimed earlier that regulation only increases cost and paperwork. You questioned why would these places embrace regulation? Doesnt this conflict with your current opinion that the schools have the kids best interest at heart and regulation adds value?

18. Are you really so set on discounting every kids death in these places that you will honestly pretend a 300lbs man didnt know what damage he could do by sitting on a 11 year old?

There was a suggestion made to expand this data to include all deaths, so I have found the CDC site which carries this information but the last publish date I can find is 1996.  Does anyone know if more current data exists which is categorized by age groups?

The data from the NCES is incomplete at this time.  They are reporting an increase in suicide rates (at school) of over 100% from the previous year, but this is still in line with normal fluctuations from year to year and is below the 2002-2003 year levels.
