All 10 clinicians that we have are master's level and most are working on licensure. All 20 resident staff are bachelor's level and do not provide therapy- they provide positve adult role modeling and work closely with the clinicians and academic advisors.

I just want to know who the licensed therapist was that worked with your kid for two years.  How can you sit there and say you "don't remember," Scooter?  I believe you are lying, not forgetting.  Prove me wrong, Scootie.

Now, just in case you had selective memory again, Deb just documented your earlier posts on this subject which ahppen to be directly contraindicative of what you are now posting.  Can you explain which set of posts is the lie and which one is the truth?  Or did you "forget" that, too?

Just waiting for an answer, not more crying.  You can cry and stamp your feet and wail about how unfairly people treat you, too, just answer the questions while you're at it.

Cindy people in my office are wondering what could possibly be that funny. I really laughed that hard.

My memory must be as bad as yours because I cannot recall a single debate in which you ever won or proved your point by any means, with me or anyone else. Of course it could just be because such a thing never occured.

Looking back you and I have really only had two real debates both of which youve lost.

The first being your claim that HLA firing their school nurse wasnt a problem and they were still operating as well as 75% of the schools in GA.

You were proven to be wrong on that claim.

The other being the current debate of your claim that TBS's are safer than Public Schools. While youre still spinning your wheels trying to prove the point, everyone else can see youve already lost.

In between those were numerous mini debates or arguments that werent exclusivly between you and I.

The time you claimed there were only 10,000 psychologist in the US and therefore only 1% signed off on the resolution condeming the BM industry.

Or the time you claimed no kid had ever been murdered in a TBS.

Or the time you claimed that I had stated the best way to handle teens with issues is to ignore them.

Or the time you claimed the majority of posters on fornits claimed the best way to handle teens with issues is to ignore them.

There are many many more Cindy, I'd be happy to add them if you'd like to press the issue.

As to why I call you Cindy, I do it because I know it bothers you. No other reason. The only humiliation involved is your own, this of course coming from you being proven wrong over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.

So one of the concerns is employees being licensed.  Lets look at this one to start:

Does anyone know what the laws are so we can see how the schools stand against established laws or procedures?  This may be a good start.

How can we say 2 out of 11, 9 out of 11 or 10 out of 11 people licensed is good enough?  Should they be shut down if they have only10 out of 11 licensed?  What is the standard and who established it.  Without this we cannot judge or ask leverage for change.

Can you explain how this isngle licensed provider sees every kid on campus every week for an hour session?  Please explain.

Did you receive a severe blow to the head that may have caused such significant memory loss?  Are you under the care of a doctor for this serious memory defecit?  Or are you unable to answer this simple question that goes to your credibility because you suffer from productive aphasia?  There must be some reason why you can remember every little detail of your kid's treatment except the identity of her therapist, right?

Now, don't start crying and throwing another tantrum, just answer calmly.

Also, can you explain why an ASR staff member (who presumably knows more than you do about ASR) would come right out and say "We're not licensed and we don't need to be" while you go on claiming you "proved" ASR is a licensed provider?  Please, enlighten the readers about this blatant contradiction.

Great.  And I called one of my friends in the Marines and he told me we found the WMD in Iraq!  We're all set!

All we can go by is what they advertise.  Right now on their staff page they are showing 2 of 11 counselors licensed.

In NY or in GA, this is considered grossly inadequate supervision and would result in censure for the overseeing practitioner and possible revocation of his/her license as well as problems for the licensing applicants working under him..

I suspect MA laws are similar and one licensed provider overseeing 4.5 counselors would be illegal.  We can verify that, though.

Well, this is not entirely true.  I know of several that employ only licensed providers, but that's not central to the point - most facilities do have unlicensed staff, but they are required to be overseen properly.

My point here is that you are an ASR "insider" and here you are calling ASR a "treatment center."  If ASR is a treatment center, why are they not licensed as one?  Why do they advertise as a "school" when schools are prevented from providing the services ASR allegedly provides?
