WWASP and possible Mass Tort Lawsuit

Is a mass tort the same as a class action? Either way, why just WWASP? Why not name as many outfits as possible that also fit the same bill?

If the natural tendencies of mankind are so bad that it is not safe to permit  people to be free, how is it that the tendencies of these organizers are always good?  Do not the legislators and their appointed agents also belong to the human race?

Q/1 No. Its different.
Q/2 Go for it. Start compiling information and evidence and plaintiffs. Then research and interview law firms. Try not to get sued yourself while your at it. Good luck. Its no easy feat. Let us know how it goes.

must be commonality between plaintiffs

Morse Dees and the Southern Law Poverty Group won a class action against the Redemption Ranch in the 80's - my understanding is that the commonality was that the children would need therapy for the rest of their lives.
