WWASPIE,

You'd be surprise to know life does go on successfully WITHOUT the WWASP Program.

People Do very well in life. They finish school,no thanks to the program. They accomphlish they're excellance.

"Some staff can be obnoxious".If that comment wasnt so bad and off the mark it would be funny.

Obnoxious? What the survivors describe in Isac's report, what I have heard and documented is not considered obnoxious. Much, much worse. Illegal.

"Step left" out of the Brain washed program mentality and come up for air and reality.

YOU will survive without it.

My feedback to you Program kid,
You're a liar.

Common knowleged how to access the  BBS.It is not through typing in WWASP.

Denial, why does it have to be we are in denial?

How about TRUTH . Irealize truth doesnt fit into the program's jargon.

Typical cult behavior.

Attack anyone who disagrees with the WWASP abusive Behavior Modifying techniques.

If you have ever lied to your child, thinking it was for their own good, you were wrong. The day you had them was the day that you come second for the rest of your life. Parents may need support, but the children come first. I wish some of you could hear how selfish you sound.

Your children are not your children. They are the sons and daughters of Life looking for itself. They come through you but not from you, and though they are with you yet they belong not to you.

You may give them your love but not your thoughts. You may house their bodies but not their souls, for their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow, which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams. You may strive to be like them, but seek not to make them like you. For life goes not backward nor tarries with yesterday. You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth. The archer sees the mark upon the path of the infinite and He bends you with his might that His arrows may go swift and fast. Let the bending of the Archer's hand be for gladness; for even as He loves the arrow that flies, so He loves also the bow that is stable.

Mo - beautifully said "through" Kahlil!  As parents, the needs of our children must be FOR the children, not what WE think it should be.  They will find their way, with help from others when needed.  Asking for help is a good thing, for what we aren't able to accomplish on our own. There is a huge difference between SELFISH and SELFLESS.

What a wonderful way to help the families!  Does anyone know of other programs that are active in helping families with tuition?

Landre Foundation Helping families with tuition is a fallacy in my opinion.

Do YOU know of any family who EVER received money for tuition.

I know many families who contributed to Landre.

Dig deeper for the truth...

Yeah, this sounds like something ISAC should be checking into and writing a report on given how enmeshed in the recruiting business this foundation appears to be.

In accord with the usual WWASP doublespeak, the CS LANDRE FOUNDATION/STAR OF LIFE IS REFERRED TO AS A FOUNDATION.

Is this meant to convey the impression that it is somehow a charitable foundation,  of the sort that contributions to which are thought to be tax deductible?

Seems to me that the tax regs on foundations would frown on a putative tax exempt  organization whose raison de etre is to drum up sales for a for-profit chain of institutions.  Or is CS Landre simply a for-profit corporation too?

Good point!  from what i remember, the guy Landre, started the foundation to fund tuition b/c his son was withdrawn b/f he "graduated" and committed suicide.  i have an entirely different perception of the story behind the foundation from when i first learned of it and when I had my own experience w/wasp.  Then: how sad, the Program could have saved that kids life . . . and Now:  maybe he couldnt get past what happened to him ther
Anyone can correct me if i'm wrong as to the origin of the foundation.
And yes, thats where $ goes when people --other than parents --contribute to tuition, which makes it tax deductible (to the best of my knoweledge/experience).

If I understand correctly the money is loaned to the parents at a low interest rate. They don't actually give the family's anything.

Looking at the website - http://www.cslandre.org, I get that the loans are "zero" interest and are available for families that have been turned down for conventional loans.  The fundraisers are with merchandise or golf, baseball, etc., nothing else.  The latest merchandise fundraiser has a grand prize of a free month's tuition or $1000.00.  Pretty nice prize!

As for the comment of "why" his son committed suicide - you can alway ask him.  I get that he was suicidal prior to his admission and because he wasn't there long enough he never got past dealing with his demons.  Just speculation.

I appreciate the wise word.

My comment "everything is secondary to that fact" was referring to Pure's referral to schools.  Parents helping parents is what Pure is all about.

Not referral fees......

When my son was born it was the most profound ,important thing that ever happened in my life.Everything i have ever done was to assist him in his growth.Beause I love him.

As a parent we make mistakes. There's no doubt in my mind my purpose in life.It is to my children,to my family.

"whole and healthy families    What a crock of shit that is!!!!  BIG Scam!  sounds pretty.
