We resent the fact that you dismiss a parents story as musings from disgruntled clients, but wholly accept the washed who swear that "the program" are all faulty and abusive.

We deeply resent that you blatantly twist things, derail and deflect discussions away from the actual facts and ignore statistics that you hate to accept but cannot shake their accuracy.

We resent the fact that when you are presented with solid evidence, you either completely ignore it and change the subject, you move the goalposts of the debate and toss the evidence aside even though it was written by a Pulitzer prized author and studies from accredited sources.


We resent that you sit on your high horse, getting your rocks off on mocking parents, staff, people you don’t even know and assuming everyone that would dare disagree with you must be paid by the industry.


We resent that instead of debating someone you try to win via name calling and foul language.  Twisting words and facts.

We resent that you use your personal experience as a benchmark and try to convince parents that the thousands that have gone thru after you had a bad experience also, thereby trying to deny their children the help they may need.

We resent the fact that you leave out anything positive about programs and only report the negative side.

Lastly, we resent your outright lies and total distortion of facts, omission of facts, disregarding of facts and general mis-information.

I am incredibly bitter that this shit is still tolerated.  

I'm incredibly bitter that kids keep dying in these places and everyone seems to excuse it in some form or another.  

I'm bitter that kids are still being held hostage at the whim of albeit well-intentioned, but wrongly frightened parents.  

I'm bitter that the people and places that get closed down for abuse simply re-open under another name.  

I'm bitter that parents still feel that there's not a problem with sending your children off to either unDER or UNqualified persons that are in charge of their emotional well-being, with no system of checks and balances....not touchstone with reality, rubber stamping doctors and general shenanigans in routing around the measly regulations that are in place, let alone bring on new ones.

Being bitter towards an industry that abuses you,  brainwashes you, then throws you out on the street - all the while making a nice tidy profit - seems quite normal to me.

Being bitter towards the people who are bitter towards an industry who did these evil acts, because they post on a message board specifically of this purpose - strikes me as not so normal.

Not all woman are raped. But I don't spend all my time finding rape survivor message boards, then stating this fact over and over. But that's exactly what TheWho does, it's sick really.

I wonder if theWho finds message boards for rape survivors, and posts statistics about how many woman are never raped. What would be the point of this? Some sort of sick game of tormenting the rape survivors? That's just one year!

Why don't you try by citing some legitimate sources first for your own faulty data and then recogizing the validity of posts about these place that tell the truth. Namely those that detail the deaths and abuses that go on in the PTS. I'll give you a clue to help you find them. They're the ones that actually back up their claims.
