I am fairly certain I have a life.  Quite a sucessful one if I dont say so myself.

I agree, there are some people here who like to wallow.  But just keep in mind...THIS IS A FRIGGING FUCKING MESSAGE BOARD.  None of us have any idea about who has or has not moved on, or has a life, or who goes to therapy or who isnt capable of being the flarging President of the United States based on what is posted here.

Please tell me Anon, that in all your wisdom that you dont really think that posts on a message board are indicative of ones entire personality and level of functioning?

Case in point...I am sure you would be hesitant to walk up to someone on the street whom you felt was a little off center , and proceed to call them juvenile and mentally unsound.... all without that pretty brown bag to hide behind, would'nt you think?  I would say you wouldnt be the type of person to even consider such a thing...but you have done it on this board.  Does that make for a sound judgement of YOUR character?  I think maybe no.  Then again, you arent really YOU are you?  You are a faceless opinion....a shoddy one at that.  Would YOU consider someone like YOU qualified to make this sort of statement?

All you see is what we write on this msg board.  You don't know what we "spew" in our life outside of this board.  Until you know what you are talking about I think it best that you not judge.

Just a wild guess is all, but this particular "anonymous poster" struck a nerve and the syntax smacks of an ex-staffer who only managed to obtain a GED.  Whether or not my guess is right is unimportant though, what counts is that I still hold this person in high regard despite all that happened so long ago.  We were just kids, we were trapped in a freakish cult and did what we could to manage.  I think what she/he was trying to say is that it is unhealthy to always keep returning to your past and play in the ashes of your dreams.
