Cayo Hueso:
They're reporting that the guy told them late last night where she was.  I just pray they didn't take the death penalty off the table to get the info.
The government is much more interested in preserving the purity of its ideology than it is in allowing patients to get effective medicine.

Yeah, the guy needs to get a one way ticket to hell where all child rapists and murderers belong.  Which is worse, a life in prison sentence where the guy probably won't survive the first 30 days or the DP?  I say sentence him to life.  He will be exterminated quickly as opposed to sitting on death row running the clock on the appeal process (on the taxpayers dime!!!). Either way, it won't bring Carlie back so I guess all we can do is pray for her soul and let God deal this guy his fate.

"In '97 or '98 this guy tried the same thing to an adult woman.  He came up and grabbed her by the arm and told her if she didn't go with him that he would cut her.  She ended up getting away, he was charged and went to trial and GOT OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!! :flame:  :flame:  :flame: The  excuse he gave for grabbing her arm was that he was helping her across the street. :flame: The violation that they originally took him in on a few days ago was presented to a judge and he let the guy walk saying "no further action was necessary".   AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.  How the fuck can shit like this be allowed to go on???????
Do you support drug prohibition because it finances criminals at home or because it finances terrorists abroad?

Yes, this makes my blood boil to think this guy got away with attempted kidnapping.  No wonder he seized on the opportunity to abduct a little girl, someone who could not fight back. Oh if only the parents had picked up their child from the sleep-over or her friend's parents had escorted her safely home. One can just not be too careful when it comes to guarding their own children from the potential for harm at the hands of someone just like this guy.  Well, if there is a lesson to be learned, I guess that's it.  Parents will be even more vigilent now as a result of this terrible tragedy.  I just wonder if this guy won't be murdered before he even goes to trial? I'm sure there are some very angry people in the community who wish they could take justice into their own hands.
