John David Reuben's Son, Max Reuben and HLA

--- Quote from: "Guest" ---Smoking weed is very typical at that age.  Lots of kids experiment with different stuff in their teen years.  It goes to show you that HLA isnt that much different than any other school.  If they have time to smuggle in weed and smoke it then thats a good thing.  These programs can be highly structured and it is good for the kids to have some down time, share a blunt etc.  I wouldnt be too hard on the place.  Most of the time the staff knows what is going on but they let the kids have a little fun.  There was a big old tree behind the gym where we use to smoke after lunch.  I think the teachers all knew what was going on but we were not harming anyone and we would be more mellow in the afternoon so it was better for them.

--- Quote from: "Guest" ---[LOL thats funny, I hope it was flexible! There was this kid in highschool we called “Cat burner” because he use to like to spray lighter fluid on cats and then let them loose at night and watch them run down the street. His father was a Baptist minister. He was really messed up but we would always take him on a run with us because he was legally deaf in one ear and wore a hearing aide. Whenever there was a cop in the area he would get a buzzing in his ear and we could turn off. He was worth his weight in gold.

TheWho, lying to insinuate Hidden Lake Academy is a "normal" "school."

Thewho, addressing getting caught lying to "defend" Kids Helping KIds:

And, according to yor other posts, a burnt out drug addict as well.

In any case, I have no problem debating you.  You're bringing a knife to gunfight.  Just stick to the topic of the thread and if you want to talk about something else, start a new thread.  Stop mucking up the forum with digression.

That's why people get mad.  This is the proven tactic of HLA's staff.  They muck up the forum so badly with stuff that has nothing whatsoever to do with the topic that people then cannot find what they are looking for.  Then Deborah, an unpaid, thankless moderator has to spen her own personal time clearing the threads of your idiotic commentary.  Why should she have to clean up your mess?

What is your problem?

I exposed all my posts for you to read, I did nothing but debate and, as you have read, I am not a member of any school, just a parent.

I have never caused or asked antigen to do any work.

You were the one who got frustrated with my position and asked Antigen to spend time researching me....... and what did you find?

1 wayward post which depicts me as a drug addict who is in highschool .... so either you dont want to debate high school drug addicts or parents who dont agree with you, why do you have to be so thin skinned, all debates dont have to go your way, sometimes other people are right.

I get frustrated with many other peoples positions on topics but I dont ask Antigen to do background checks on them to find some dirt...

Grow-up.

According to his son who committed suicide after imprisonment at Academy at Swift River and SUWs, John Reuben contributed to his wife's death. Very interesting. And don't let that point be buried in WhoSlime

Guest, why not supply details? Go for it!

it's max reuben, who went to HLA not swift river who claimed his dad was responsible.

and i'm not sharing details because max was very fragile and pissed off at the time, therefore it is very likely it's not true and he was making it up or misconstruing things. i thought that was a given.

in addition, i dont know all the facts, and it's not my place to reveal these intimate private details of a family tragedy to the whole world.

Excellent find!!!!  Yeah, I remember this.  Deborah use to delete and alter my posts in an effort to clear the threads of my posts.  Thanks,  I remember when I nailed her on this (and DJ).  Why are you bringing this up again?  It just makes fornits look bad.

I dont think it's "a given" that the fragile "make things up," no. I dont think contributing to someone's death is a strictly "private" matter, either.

I do wonder why you'd post about this, only to say you think its likely Max was lying or misconstruing things, and the subject is too private to post about.

Anonymous:
I posted that only to point out that there is that possibility.

i figured thats a given, too. or do i have to explain every little detail to your illiterate brain?

when people are angry at other people, they can make things up. max was angry at his dad for sending him to a school that robbed him of his youth and closure with his mother. It is equally as likely that he was directing his anger towards his dad and making things up, as it is that his dad was actually involved in his mother's death.
