Benchmark movie clips
« on: February 18, 2008, 07:20:04 PM »
This is just raw stuff so far.  Some of it is dubbed with temporary narration, some isn't dubbed at all.  some is just parts of parts of things.  But figured you might want to take a look anyway (movies require quicktime 7 to play back):

Success story Laura Ballou's speaking about "in your head" compared to Margaret Singer's Dr Tim described in Cults in Our midst.  I think most of us know what "in your head" means, and how common it is in it's usage in programs:
http://www.fornits.com/psy/LauraBallou.mov

A bit from the licensing section I'm working on, focusing on the new "coaching" approach from Benchmark (right click and save target as.. then open it.  I forgot to encode with web-streaming enabled.):
http://www.fornits.com/psy/licensingEvasion.mov

One of many examples of how Benchmark isolates it's members from the public:
http://www.fornits.com/psy/iNeedYouInTheBack.mov

Outside Benchmark's State St. Apartments, there is a field, advertised to parents as a "volleyball court" which is actually a hard labor field where kids are forced to dig holes in on weekends as punishment.  There is a sign there saying "high pressure gas pipeline" which I just thought was a riot... Touching concern for the welfare of the kids.. truly.
http://www.fornits.com/psy/GasLine.mov

Getting anybody to pay attention to us was difficult.  Students were told that we were on drugs, etc...  They were forbidden to talk to us or interact with us.  So.  In addition to the signs... we did this.
http://www.fornits.com/psy/AskMeForOneOfThese.mov
Reactions from the staff?  Laughs... Students?  Some laughed.. Some ignored.  The point of the whole exercise was to show that not one would dare take the information (actually a few pages photocopied out of "Cults In Our Midst".

Here is part of an illustrated interview with myself i'm working on (right click and save target as.. then open it.  I forgot to encode with web-streaming enabled.):
http://www.fornits.com/psy/psyInterview01.mov

eeh.. i'll put up more tomorrow...

YOU ATTENDED BENCHMARK Young Adult School for Troubled Teens AT AGE 18. Most people know 18 is age of majority - you could leave if you wanted to. You didn't. You stayed. Which is not a big deal, except you claim how bad they were. If they were so bad, why did you stay? Remember, you were an adult. I understand your obsession is to ruin Benchmark Young Adult School.

Why? Why were you sent there? If it was so bad, why didn't you walk out? Actually, I never heard any negative reports about it, except from you - so who knows.

hey guest, you are forgetting the possibility of extended parental "ownership".
Thats right Bubba, a parent can basically do a reversed emancipation on their kid and control him/her still they reach 21, or 25.

Also many kids that are in R.T.C's after the legal age are bullied by their families.

There was one girl who went to Tranquility Bay and turned 18 but stayed because her father told her his love for her was conditional and she had to finish the program for her to have any kind of relationship with him.

There are also kids who get send as alternatives to jail time (which in reality is stupid I would have chose jail time if I had an option)

There are people over the legal age who have no other choice.

So what if he was an adult?  Anyone at any age is vulnerable to cults, especially someone actively seeking help for something.  There were quite a few 'adults' (over 18) in Straight.  Some were court ordered (or at least told they were), some were emotionally blackmailed by their parents (most likely from having a younger sibling inside) and I can even remember one person that came on their own, seeking help.  What they got was a far cry from anything helpful, to say the least.

Then you should probably get out and read up a little more.

::fullofshit::
Go fuck yourself Sue.  Did you not watch that video?  You can't just leave.  I've explained why a hundred times before.  Go push your shit somewhere else.  I truly hope you die in a very, very painful manner.  Cancer, preferably.

Oh.  And if you're referring there (how else would you have reports), I will personally...  I swear this to you.. make sure you get sued again.

That sounds like a threat. I'd be careful about what you post Michael - you never know who's watching.
