White Fields, Inc. is seeking a houseparent couple to live in cottage and provide a therapeutic environment for up to 8 boys between the ages of 8 and 18. This couple will serve as a team providing daily supervision and care. Couple will teach life skills, maintain cottage appearance, manage all aspects of meal preparation and sustain an emotionally stable environment for the boys. Notice in all of these job offers no real experience is necessary. Everything is "we are looking for couples blah blah blah".
