The question now remains: What did Sue have to say or do to pull this off?  

We already know about her previous bullshit with godaddy and Netfirms, webwire(to both Carey Bock and Paula Reeves), digg, naymz and more... but this is truly interesting.....

Does Google have a clue as to how they're being played?  Does Reputation Defender own a lot of Google stock?  Does this perchance violate some kind of Fair Use practices or something similar that I am too tired or too ignorant to be able to term more appropriately?

Is the Internet turning into nothing more than an alternate form of bought media outlets like the rest of the world?

Reputation Defender is a small company.  There's even speculation that it's run out of an apartment in Kentucky.  For a long time, they didn't even have a land-line telephone number = it's a fly-by-night company.

The press coverage is from connections the CEO has.  Check out his pre-Reputation Defender background and you'll see why.

Reputation Defender isn't the CEO, Michael Fertik's, first start-up company.  The other ones failed, by the way.

I imagine that, once the media spamming is over, Reputation Defender may very well quietly die, as well.
