Wow, believe it or not.......this doesn't make WWASPS look bad. It makes them look good. They set an example with these boys, and I am sure they damn well made sure the press got a hold of it too.
Take it from someone who has experienced being locked up at a very young age. You get teased to death, I was pushed around by older kids. Then I had some girl freak out on me by coming into class where I was minding my own business, and I had no clue she was even yelling at me, there was a whole classroom of us, anyway before I knew it was directed at me, she started punching me in the face, that black eye I got was bad, not to mention the cartilage damage that took a few years to go away.
But, the longer I stayed the more I became like her. I had several altercations with kids both older and younger. I even punched an autistic girl in the face. In Cross Creek there was a girl who was developmentally disabled, and she even got on my nerves, as well as everyone elses, but it was I who punched her in the face. I got away with it because everyone in the van took my side. Isn't that just awful. We all said we were just playing, and she accidentally got an elbow to the face. They believed us over her. There were plenty times when I was 12-13 that girls did stuff that was very abusive to me and got away with it.
It's just not a healthy enviroment, these warehouses for kids. What staff isn't doing to mess with your head, believe me another student is. It's a dog eat dog world in there. Mentally you can go off the deep end. It's really sickening to me.
