Quote from: "Pete Townshend"
Look, I've been seeing this plonker calling himself the who for ages and kept my mouth shut but I have to say this: who person, you're a fucking sadistic wanker.  Fuck off.

Here's the real Who's message to the false who, for Fornits.

We ain't gonna take you
Never did and never will
We're not gonna take you
We forsake you
Gonna rape you
Let's forget you better still

Dam you Townshend for coming on here that way, keep your bloody opinions directed towards music.

Is your perception of 'I Heard It Through the Grapevine' so shallow that it's violated by dancing raisins?

We have had this discussion before.  If this is really you then you will know the answer to that.

Kind of an embarrassing story but last Sunday I took the kids to church while my wife stayed home, which was a change because I don’t normally go, I hate going but we do it for the kids.  But anyway I came home with a black eye and my kids don’t want me to go with them to church anymore.  But I was standing there in church and was really board and the woman in front of me had a what appeared to be a really uncomfortable wedgy so I reached over and pulled it out, figuring it would make her feel more comfortable.  She turned around and gave me the most unbelievable dirty look I have ever seen.  I know what you are thinking and my wife asked me the same thing… “When did I get the black eye?”.  Well I figured she probably liked it that way so after thinking about it awhile I tucked it back in for her.

I know it is funny looking back, but, dam, I have trouble with those social cues I guess.  I had no idea she would hit me just for that.

From “The Lyrics Thread”

King Crimson was great in its time as were many people and groups and they continue to be.

If Ian Anderson (for example from Tull) were to plow his car into a crowd of school kids I would be sad for the children and for Anderson but it would not (nor should not) diminish a drug fueled elation of being first row in the spectrum experiencing Ian Andersons energy playing “locomotive breath” and “aqualung” live 10 feet away.  These memories are permanently seared in my memory.
Anything and everything happening after that would not define that moment for me nor alter it.  I think that is where many of you get caught up.  You see a very negative piece of the early roots of programs of the past as their presiding definition in the present and future.  Although we should not forget the horrors of the past we need to be cognizant of the fact that they do not necessarily define the present or future.

Queen Jimson wrote:

Hacks like yourself, Whobag.

The reason you are struggling is that you are experiencing who they are today and trying to make a connection with who they were when they wrote those words,  try to enjoy the music in its defining moment as it was presented then.  I think you will enjoy a whole new perspective.  Its a “Lyrics thread”  after all.

There is a Lyrics thread so why have you dragged this here?  I forgot, this is your pulpit.  I'm not "struggling" Mike.  After all it's only music. You on the other hand:  partner's confused, homes.  Since you're a fan of pompous Prog Rock like Crimson you should realize how this song captures a "defining moment":  your departure.  Experience it Mike.  "Make a connection" with who these stoned poofters were then when they wrote these words that sum you up.   Don't lapse into your typical denial.  Keep struggling with it until you understand what we are trying to tell you.

King Crimson "Epitaph"

Between the iron gates of fate,

The seeds of time were sown,

And watered by the deeds of those

Who know and who are known;

Knowledge is a deadly friend

When no one sets the rules.

The fate of all mankind I see

Is in the hands of fools.

Confusion will be my epitaph.

As I crawl a cracked and broken path

If we make it we can all sit back

And laugh.

But I fear tomorrow I'll be crying,

Yes I fear tomorrow I'll be crying.

I enjoy the lyrics thread for what it is and didn’t want you to troll all over it.  We should “let it be” lyrics.

The "Epitaph" is great!.... I do appreciate the lyrics, thanks.

I thought the same thing.  He dragged in a ludicrous defense of song lyrics as a buffer.  We'll fix that.

THE WHO IS UPSET BECAUSE SOMEONE TROLLED A THREAD?  ONE POST IS NOT TROLLING WHO.  YOU KNOW WHAT CONSTITUTES TROLLING.  HE'S MAD BECAUSE HE WAS MOCKED WHEN SOMEONE CHANGED THE LYRICS OF HIS DINOSAUR ROCK SONG:

Quote from: "Queen Jimson"
Quote from: "TheWho"
I Piss in the Wind

McDonald-Sinfield

Said the Str8 man to the lame man
Why are you here
I'm sent here and I'm sent there
And I'm trolling your asses.

I piss in the wind
My words are all pissing away
I piss in the wind
The piss does not hear
The piss cannot hear.

I'm on the outside looking inside
What shall "we" be
Much confusion, disillusion
spammed around by "we".

You all possess me
I impress me
Facts upset my mind
Can't instruct me only fuck me
Right up my behind.

I piss in the wind
My words are always laughed away
I piss in the wind
Fornits does drink beer
The Who gets no beer.

BRRRAAAAAAAPPPPPP!!!!

You been dick ridin' us for ages, troll shit.  Shove it up your arse and fuck off while you're doing it.  You picked a good song for yourself.  Ian McDonald whored himself musically by starting the most lame Muzak group Foreigner.  Peter Sinfield writes drivel for Celine Dion these days.

Hacks like yourself, Whobag.

Q. How many Fornitscators does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

A. One to screw it in, the other 499,000 to fuck, suck, lick, and generally sodomize and incestualize each other; pissing, scatting, rusty trumpeting, dirty sanchezing, flute slurpeling, pussy scatting, cocksmoking, cumming, kicking, confronting, marathoning, felating, puking violently, punching, spitting, felching, farting and just generally arguing with one another while the one poor fucker tries to get the lightbulb in. I forgot to mention that the 231pg spaminator has to get involved in all of this while the one fornitscator is screwing in the lightbulb.
