MATT has to know his clients are liars. Too many kids from too many places that don't even know each other--Same stories--Same abusers!!!!

I spoke with Mr. Mike Godfrey in Nephi Utah.

As of 11:00 Am Nephi, Utah time....the Sudweeks have not been formally charged with any criminal charges.

He says the case is still open, and active--but that this posting is inaccurate.

Any formal charges against the Sudweeks will be made public through the proper authorities.

The Sudweeks are STILL being investigated actively for the allegations of abuse! Nothing has changed.  The authorities are doing their jobs.  We will know when any formal charges are filed!
