Dear Jordan,
Just like I said, I don't think anybody has the right to pre-judge your film before it is even finished and I sincerelly wish you all the sucess in the world with this film.
However, it is totally unecessary to threaten to sue ppl. What's up with this? Now tell me that you are a totally politically correct person that follows EXACTLY what is in the law... So, what's the point on using "the law" to resolve your personal conflicts? The law is a tool, not a weapon. Familiar with this expression?
By the way, Peter is NOT going around spreading gossips about your film. What's all the mistery about this film anyways? Isn't he fired? Good, you don't need to worry about him anymore, he's an American citizen, he's got freedom os speech. I'm not trying to defend Peter and I'm NOT taking sides, Jordan. I just disaprove your attitude. I could care less If you were threatening Justin Stuckel or Matt Shakespeare for all I care. What you're doing is wrong, that's my point.
Peter's words don't have so much impact on other's opinions in a sense that would turn ppl against your film. Anyways, I don't think he's trying to do that. We've all been to Elan, Jordan, and although not everybody wishes to expose themselves on camera, most ppl are interested in watching what comes out of your documentary. However, when you threaten to sue ppl, you lose your own popularity. No one has the power to sabotage your projects but yourself. Don't worry about what ppl are saying, just keep doing your own thing and you'll suceed eventually. This way, you can prove everyone else that you're cabable of producing a good quality film.
It's all I had to say, no hurt feelings.
Peace!
