Nope, not angry, Mr. Anonymous Chicken Troll.

I did a lot of good for EoT and I hope they succeed in producing a decent unbiased documentary.  I'll be the first to congratulate them if they do.

Know what you're talking about next time.  Gee, you're annoying.  Shoo fly, shoo.

Why is it that whenever we get the conversation to be productive, someone else has to interfere and make offensive comments?

You can't help making enemies around here, Marina.  Rehabilitating a bad neighborhood is not easy.

It's not me, pal.  Anyway Ginger doesn't delete anything on this site."

There was other stuff on this thread, stuff that you wrote and it's not here. Actually, you were trying to explain how only people who have been to Elan could tell the story to outsiders, and some other guy who said that you had an axe to grind, and then you told them that you were friends with Marc Rosenberg so that's not true, do you remember that?

Sure, I remember that.  And it's still here.

There are two threads with similar topics: This one and another called "#5 Road and Peter Moore" or something (difference is the # sign vs. the word).  The topic with that stuff is a few down, but it's still there.  Go to the list, you'll see it.

There were some deletions made by someone who posted under some name, but those were self-deletions.  Trust me, I get killed on here -- no favorable treatment for me... LOL.

 Peter Moore is no longer:
a. writing our narrative...
peter was never asked to write a screenplay, contrary to his statements.
b. a shareholder in our company, Eot Productions.

Anything posted on any website by Peter Moore to the contrary and regarding the progress of the film is not authorised by the producers and will be in violation of the confidentiality agreement Peter signed. Violating that agreement will carry legal ramifications into the future.

I don't know if that was you jordan but that was what I was talking about

its not uncalled for, in fact if anyone who signs the agreement breaks the agreement, they are subject to legal ramifications, this is jordan, and this is the way EoT productions as-well as any other film production company operates.. i stand by my vision for this film, if u dont agree, dont participate, very simple. These releases we ask people to sign are totally standard. i will not be answering any more queries about that topic unless, addressed privately...

It's your baby, handle it as you wish. Handle it like Michael Jackson if you want. I would never sign anything that told me to keep my mouth shut or else. Just my opinion, good luck on your endeavor.

Dear Jordan,

Just like I said, I don't think anybody has the right to pre-judge your film before it is even finished and I sincerelly wish you all the sucess in the world with this film.

However, it is totally unecessary to threaten to sue ppl. What's up with this? Now tell me that you are a totally politically correct person that follows EXACTLY what is in the law... So, what's the point on using "the law" to resolve your personal conflicts? The law is a tool, not a weapon. Familiar with this expression?

By the way, Peter is NOT going around spreading gossips about your film. What's all the mistery about this film anyways? Isn't he fired? Good, you don't need to worry about him anymore, he's an American citizen, he's got freedom os speech. I'm not trying to defend Peter and I'm NOT taking sides, Jordan. I just disaprove your attitude. I could care less If you were threatening Justin Stuckel or Matt Shakespeare for all I care. What you're doing is wrong, that's my point.

Peter's words don't have so much impact on other's opinions in a sense that would turn ppl against your film. Anyways, I don't think he's trying to do that. We've all been to Elan, Jordan, and although not everybody wishes to expose themselves on camera, most ppl are interested in watching what comes out of your documentary. However, when you threaten to sue  ppl, you lose your own popularity. No one has the power to sabotage your projects but yourself. Don't worry about what ppl are saying, just keep doing your own thing and you'll suceed eventually. This way, you can prove everyone else that you're cabable of producing a good quality film.

It's all I had to say, no hurt feelings.

   Peace!

Just one thing, Peter Moore threatens to sue people all the time on this site, and seriously overreacts when someone doesn't agree with him when it would be best to just IGNORE them. If he did sign a confidentiality agreement and is slandering/using libel against them, they do leaglly have a right to sue under US law. Right now, he hasn't really said much (unusual for him), so I don't think they should either, but I don't see anyone going after him for threatening to sue everybody before this event. That's just what I see on this site, I have never met him in person, so I'm not some old enemy from his Elan days, so maybe he really isn't like that and might just be under a lot of stress.
