No Anon, Carey seems to be M.I.A. most likely following the advice of her attorney. What you do not seem to understand is that some people have reached the point where they can not help but be skeptical of the M.O. of these so-called PURE Parent Volunteers, and indeed, their self-serving agenda which appears to be grounded at least in part, to their experience with WWASPS and quite possibly the fact that PURE has been sued by this organization.  Second, as so many people have pointed out, one does not have to be a WWASPIE to be skeptical of PURE.  That is the biggest misconception of all and it is high time you people got off your soapbox long enough to see the light.  Intelligent minds look at both sides of the coin. Don't like it, move on.  Find another forum that supports and promotes GROUP THINKING.

LOL.  Look, it's obvious you don't like Carey's choice of an attorney, even though, it ain't really anybody's business but Carey's who she hires to represent her.  Why get your underwear all in a bundle over that to the point you are now making allegations that even you admit are not based on fact, but rather, speculation?  Personally, I don't see that it much matters who represents Carey as long as she has confidence in them. As for the suggestion that she could have hired any attorney in Florida, again, that is pure speculation.  From what I gathered, she was running out of time and very close to losing by default.  Perhaps if PURE had granted her more time, she might have made a different choice.  I mean, who the hell knows or even really cares, except YOU, Anon. The one making these inflammatory allegations and taking shots at someone who would be a fool to defend herself here, instead of in a court of law.  Stop spinning your biased version of the issues at hand and let justice take it's course. THAT is the fair thing to do.
