Seems I have a whole different perspective on this issue because I don't see how Bock having Kipnis as her defense lawyer hurts anybody but PURE.
Have you all forgotten who (or what) PURE is? Or is this latest round of Carey bashing simply another diversion trick meant to distract people from the central issue at hand?
Either way, is it not a fact that Sue Scheff fired the first shot when she sued Ginger and Carey as a means of engaging both these people in litigation?
Since Bock was close to losing by default, it stands to reason that having ANY attorney to keep her in the game would have been a wise decision. Getting one who is already up to speed on the issue(s) at hand, was a lucky break. For not only is Bock still in the game but she has managed to level the playing field which is a virtual necessity if this is going to be a fair fight.
Since PURE is already engaged in a very lengthy and costly defense of their own (WWASPS v PURE et al), it stands to reason that Bock's choice of an attorney could be troublesome for PURE in more ways than one.
As such, I rather expect that this anti-carey campaign which began on Fornits months ago will not cease anytime soon. Funny how the anons who seemingly have nothing to personally gain from carrying the PURE banner have so little understanding or even appreciation of the role Fornits has played in helping them to promote their agenda. Why they continue to use this forum with no real concern for the fact that Ginger has also been sued by Sue Scheff, raises very disturbing questions about the ethics and morals of these individuals, if not their collective lack of intelligence when it comes right down to it.
Alas, let the depositions begin. It is time for the facts to speak for themselves and the truth, bitter as it may be, to surface.
