Carey, it's good you are on top of this. Whatever you have to do to identify the person who made the call, you should do. Once you have identified the person, slap 'em with a restraining order. That'll get their attention real quick. (P.S. with a court order, you may be able to subpoena the telephone records of people you suspect of making the call. Your local law-enforcement agency can advise you further, or even a lawyer familiar with this kind of situation. (I am neither a lawyer or a police officer).
You might also want to ask the telephone company (who services the bank's communication systems) what you can do. They would most likely be able to advise you on your options. Good luck!
