and DJ.  People learn, as gatekeeper is learning, as one does on a new job.  You're being a bit cruel.  Gatekeeper was in a program as a student/detainee first, btw.

I have no issue with Joel's past whatsoever.  I have an issue with his using his moderation privileges as a cudgel to beat people up, which he does regularly.  I also have a problem with his random slicing and dicing of threads or slicing and dicing based on what he does or does not want to hear.

The guy acts like a jerk and is unprofessional.

This is why people don't like you, Joel.  You're an asshole.  It isn't that deep.

Joel gains a lot more respect then you do even on his worse days, DJ, and most of the people understand how hard it is to do what he does.  From PM's I have received over the years Joel is much more liked and respected than you are.   Joel contributes to fornits on a daily basis by donating his time, you come and go at will and spend your day trying to disrupt it.  The rules are defined and he is enforcing them.  I have received many warnings from Joel too and when I exceeded my limit he notified me that I was being banned, I was able to plead my case but I don't take it personally because he doesn't have a choice if he is to do his job effectively and fairly.

I understand by my coming out and speaking my mind on this subject it may result in bringing more wrath against joel, but I thought this needed to be said.

...

But, coming from you, this means nothing.  You're the biggest asshole here and absolutely every single person here despises you.  Your opinions mean less than nothing, Whooter.  No offense, but your just a big, fat lying asshole that nobody respects at all.  That's reality, son.

Wonder what the learning curve was as a new employee at the program. I guess his time spent there was on the job training.
He brings the same skill set here? Humm....

Take a look at your last 50 posts, DJ, you spend your day attacking and disrupting the forum.  You should try to get more involved in the discussions versus name calling and derailing threads.  Any moderator would be frustrated having to clean up your mess everyday.  Try to share some of your thoughts and experiences in some of the threads for a change.  The forum could use your input and perspective.

How about you just shut the hell up and mind your own business.  We all agree you are an asshole, add no value and are a complete liar.  My last 50 posts?  How about your last 50 IDENTITIES?  Let's face the facts: you are a loser with no life and live vicariously through Fornits.  This is your sad existence.  Worry about yourself, douche.  Nobody cares about your opinion or thoughts here.  You're just an unemployable loser with a fake, made up family who sits at a PC all day and all night every day and every night posting on Fornits.  It's obvious you have no friends or real, flesh and bone family members.  You just made all that up and everyone here knows that.

Then he should know better how to treat people that have been in the same boat. (please no hate responses from boat lovers). But how can someone who felt victimized by a program then willingly join the program? When people seek athority that's usually a pretty good caveat as to how they treat people in genaral. Hard to trust someone who made a living warehousing kids.

That's part of the mind-fuck, none-ya. I know a lot of people who fought tooth and nail to escape the program only to return soon after because it was the only place that felt like "home". It's a whole lot like the way a battered woman will continually return to her abuser even though she knows full well that he's fucking her up. It took gatekeeper a number of years to really examine the whole thing. My own brothers and sisters still are drinking the kool aid 30 years after the fact.

But it takes all kinds, brother. In order to tell this story, we need people from all roles to engage in the dialog. We must all hang together or we shall most assuredly hang separately.

Ok gatekeeper where are you now that you have some real work to do? The offa box is being flooded by an impersonator, and yet you do nothing! you need to come up with a way to have free speech without the constnant flood of reposted quotes. You dump some of the spam, but not all of it. Since your watch began this place has gone to hell. Are you afraid of pissing off your friends the trolls and clones? DO YOUR JOB ![/size]
