Uh, actually, no I don't think so.  Someone wrote on the wwasp magazine thread, possibily Karen, that there is near hysteria when someone "challenges" a mindset, or something like that.  I see Carey challenging the purpose of PURE and the supporters and see immature attacks that border on hysterical!  Is this your only defense for being exposed?  I do so want WWASP to win their defamation case against PURE!

I agree with anonymous - the personal attacks against Carey are disgusting and these PURE volunteers and supporters are the biggest garbage mouths I have even seen!!!!!

I've said it before and I'll say it again (and again and again and again till it gets so monotonous that I set up a bot to do it automatically)

You idiots are falling for a false imperative. You can't see the forest for the trees. The triffling little spat between PURE and WWASP is nothing more than a tempest in a tea-pot. It would not be the least bit out of character or habit for WWASP to have set up PURE themselves for the sole purpose of drawing attention away from more seirous, well founded and, therefore, more threatening complaints against them.

Mind you, I don't have any firsthand information, such as individuals involved or documentation. But then, I don't have any such evidence to prove that the sun rose on schedule in China this morning. Never the less, I know that it did.

See, I've seen this song and dance before, many times over the last 30 years. First they threw Art Barker to the wolves and went on to create a kinder, gentler Seed under the corporate name Straight, Inc. Then it was Miller Newton's turn. One after another after another scapegoats have gone to slaugher in this manner, while the program goes on, virtually unchanged, except that their legal teams get meaner and sneakier, their marketing more polished and their bank accounts ever larger.

I've seen this play so many times and from so many different angles it's just amazing to me to see people still fall for it. First I played the role of a younger sibling, looking on, playing my part. Then I got to be a client. Then I got to be the adult child defector from a Program family. Now, as the mother of a most headstrong, bodacious and bombastic 19yo blond, I finally get to watch you fools on stage from the pov of the audience and watch you dance to the same tired old tune that I started to see through by the time I was about 10.

Wise the hell up. Step back, take a broader look at the situation than your own, narrow and self limited experience and start acting like responsible grown ups, puh-lease!.
