How would you define this forum?
An open forum for "wayward fora" is what I read on the way in.  I did not see a mention of this being a forum for survivors.

Quote
WHO has abused that option
What is the difference if someone logs in and abuses their login account vs someone who abuses the guset post account?

Quote
Stranger, I stand behind my every word
So does WHO and many others who post here.

Quote
Neither of these options are censorship.
Banning is censorship.  So it is okay to threaten to expose someone if they don’t conform to your rules of conduct?  Should we require everyone to post a photo of themselves and log –in with their real name?  Or just those who disagree with you.

You’re hindering my satisfying my frappucino craving.
I’ll respond to what I deem worthwhile.

The WHO does not stand behind its posts.

Q."Or just those who disagree with you?"

A.Just WHO. I bought twenty-five dollars and thirty-two cents of its worthless hide…because I think many people here deserve to have their pound of flesh from it. (and a goat, when I get to it)

How would you define this forum?
This place has a number of forums, some of which are moderated for those who feel need of it, but I think the description of the TTI forum from the Main Index sums up the core of fornits pretty well:

    The Troubled Teen Industry

Compliance is not character. Weakness is not strength. Regression is not growth. Tough love leads to tough hate. Time for some straight talk about the Troubled Parent Industry.

This is an uncensored, unmoderated forum where all viewpoints are both welcome and fair game for debate. It's a snap-shot of the Teen Help industry, and there's nothing inspiring or heart-warming about it. It's pretty damned ugly. Enter at your own risk.[/list]

so if someone spends $26 dollars for "your" hide then it would be okay to require you to post your name and photo?

A pseudo bid on a sham auction? Has this farce yet ended? ...Whooter's choking on his coffee from laughter.

Where is the money? Its still in your pocket. Please. You bought nothing. At least be honest about the words you stand by.

    To The statesman:
While, I still feel the way I feel about the trollement and WHO in particular; I read your point.

BTW, I’m relieved you posted from a new state so as to alleviate my concern that Kansas was some reference to a preference to the same named band.

    This discourse has been engaging.
Now, off to Starbucks with me.

    To Guest (Wrong):
Q.Where is the money? Its still in your pocket.
    A. You know nothing. Either way it was $ well spent.

While we're posting links and all...

    The paper trail...

Here peter tells us he has a kid at ASR in 2002 and he seems very proud like it's a prep school.  Oh yeah, it's his son, not his made-up daughter.  He also tells us his employer (thanks, buddy) and his wife's full maiden name.

    Here's another:

    ASR Class of 2004

Son was at ASR for a whopping four years.  Set Whooter back plenty for something that didn't work at all.

    And another:

Here he provides us his email address.

    Yet another:

A search of his email address gets us this... Here he is recruiting people to work at SUWS.

And who worked at SUWS when he sent his kid that he might be associated with?

Now works at Carlbrook which Whooter is quick to defend.

This is more than just dredging New England for people named "Peter," Peter.  This is a very distinct nexus, I'm afraid.

I have a bunch more, but I'll let some other people do some looking too.  I'm sure they'll find even more.

I see a Kelly Dunbar works for Carlbrook Academy? What relation is it to Pete? Does Pete work there, too? Can't find that name..

Lol. You have really have no idea.

For starters: The SUWS-ASR link, while intriguing, means nothing by itself. It's a very common "treatment" itinerary. Second, you haven't proved that Kelly Dunbar of Carlbrook is any relation to or even knows Peter Dunbar. Third, if you'd ever researched within "Classmates" before, you'd know that the dates are notoriously incorrect. Often a high school span (4 years) is slapped on somebody's specs when they've only supplied the graduation date.

Most importantly, you haven't even proved that Michael Dunbar is dead! Where's the obit? That kid is probably alive and well somewhere in Massachusetts while you'll spinning your wheels in the wrong direction!

    Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy...

Personally I am excited.  So what do we do next?  Should we start emailing him or do a road trip?  Someone should research the connections to his family like what is mentioned above.

When TheWho starts using bold, you know he's desperate.  Next, he will upsize the text and bold it.  Not a very strong denial from Whooter, but he seems really upset.  Stings, doesn't it?

    Nice lynch mob here.

Elvis was the one who said that, Whooter.  I never said that was a fact.  I used the word "allegedly," if you recall.  All we have on that is one guy named Elvis said so.  Maybe Elvis will elaborate for us?  Or maybe Elvis was just an invention by Whootie to try to muddy the waters?  Either way, the guy calling himself "TheWho" here is ol' Pete and the details will all come out in time.
