CALO Ropes Course

I pray for children who rely on CALO staff (abusers) to guide them through the above process.  Where are the staff in the pictures?  These activites should be supervised by competent people.

What is with every for-profit, extra-judicially contracted gulag having a ropes course?

 Just to lend themselves legitimacy through advertisement of another pseudo-scientific “therapy” (for which they need not employ high-salary demanding, accredited medical personnel)?

Or is it something deeper: yet another means to induce Stockholm Syndromatic bond between its captives and its tormenters, and redirect  captives’ concentration onto a menial, immediate task, thereby interfering with their grasp of the “bigger picture”—a basic component of thought reform.

It would seem you bring up legitimate points guest the only correction I can make and add to this
that high -salary you mention is $58,000.00 annually

Are you saying doctors only earn 58,000 a year?

I meant that because Change Academy Lake Ozark's "therapies" are NOT medically valid, they can hire NON-medical personnel who accept lower salaries than staff with medical credentials. Using "parents'" funding to provide something approaching reasonable care is NOT something  for-profit gulags are interested in doing.

 Sickly, for-profit gulags attract "parents" who don't care if their wards receive medical care from accredited personnel, or aren't mentally competant enough to authenticate the validity of the "care" being offered. Thusly, gulags often get away with this fraud and abuse. Because of the type of people these "parents" are, when their victims commit suicide or report torture afterwards their internment, criminal and civil charges are rarely pressed. By the time the kids are together enough to press charges, statutes of limitations have usually passed. Quite a scheme.

Are the students supervising the staff member?  If that is the case, what the hell is going on at CALO?  Staff should provide supervision 24 hours around the clock.

What should happen is the captives should quietly arm themselves and then beat the staffer into submission when he's blindfolded. I don't mean a little stinger or two like a brother gets when you get hit full force in a rugby tackle gone bad.


I mean they should literally glaze the motherfucker within an inch of his life, piss on him, hog tie him, and use him as a human shield while they demand to speak to the press.

If that's not staff, and is in fact a student, I think that might be the "smoking gun".  From the angle of the camera, that looks 6-10 feet off the ground... more than enough that if you land on your head, helmet or not, it's going to shatter your neck.  Even if there is some sort of safety net, it would still probably do quite a bit of damage.  Frankly, that looks damn dangerous, for staff or for the kids.
