Clearly, the man is quite facile in the business of creating companies.

      Hmm, is this dude a PFC parent or some sort of employee there? Or, "was" he? And, how does the Spilman figure into this?
       Who gets the check for treatment in their host homes? Are these host homes zoned as treatment centers?
