Mmm.  I found material from that second to last post also.  Looks like she worked for Sue Scheff/P.U.R.E. in 2002.  Web Archive access to the relevant page is now blocked by robots.txt by helpyourteens.com site owner.  However, this still seems to be available somehow...

Norma also taught handicapped children which she says was very rewarding and beneficial to where she is today. She is the mother of two grown children and two grandchildren.

Her time as a single mother, and the added stress and pain of losing their father in an accident, has given her the ability and growth to help others that are suffering with grief and turmoil.Norma is committed to PURE and the many parents that need our assistance. She will take the time to listen to you and give resources. Her hobbies include boating, golfing, enjoys the sun and swimming. She is also an active member of her Community Center and participates in many charitable functions. Norma is a member of The Professional Business Woman's Association and volunteers her time to many events that they sponsor. Norma and the entire team of PURE are devoted to
bringing families back together.

Damn, fake diplomas and fake credentials are everywhere.

Can regulation really guard against this and change the way these people operate?

She doesn't have a current MI nurses license, I just checked.

I'll check out FL next.

She is still involved in Florida's concerns, however, judging by these Letters-To-The-Editor in a local paper:

Editor, Naples Daily News:

The demonstrations throughout the nation May 1 were eye-opening for many of us.

A great majority of our ancestors migrated to this country for a number of reasons. They came and learned the language and customs already here. They remembered their heritage and from whence they came, but struggled to make something of themselves and teach their children to overcome and excel. They became true Americans.

What transpired May 1 was a travesty. It showed that those here illegally have no real rights other than being unwanted and ill-mannered guests within our borders, and how complacent this country has become toward our own laws and history.

Those who immigrate here through the proper channels are more than welcome. They are here to become something better than they could possibly become in their homelands, they enjoy the freedoms in our Constitution and are willing to stand and be counted. May they be blessed and continue to enhance our society.

The choice for these people is simple and clear: Apply to be a citizen, contribute to all facets of our society, pledge your allegiance here and live by our laws or return to your old homeland and make your voice heard there.

Editor, Naples Daily News:

Many blame President Bush for deciding to go to war in Iraq.

Before the war, we experienced the first World Trade Center bombing, the embassy bombings, the USS Cole bombing and 9/11.

Since the war, we have not experienced such an incident. Our enemy is being engaged in Iraq. Our military is being used to protect America and Americans. That is its proper role.

Bush should be praised, not blamed.

Listen, you know how many "norma Hallmans" there are - many, many.

Let's just stick to the facts and try Norma Hallman RN.

The rest is bogus, she's not licensed in either state.

It looks like you keep spelling it 2 different ways. Norma Hallmann then Norma Hallman. Figure out how she spells it, then do your research. Just a suggestion.
