Did you recieve "treatment" there?  Do you know that AARC is currently being investigated?

I assume that since you are inquiring about the lady I know, then you must have read at least one of the posts concerning her experiences in AARC.  Which begs the question, what are you trying to do?

There are not many posts available for some reason.  I've read some exchanges between yourself, someone named Rachel, Josh and yourself where there is talk of not being allowed to go to the bathroom, kidney damage as the result and "issues much worse than that."  I am trying to find out what happened and if there were many who experienced AARC as a negative thing.  Also are you aware that AARC is being investigated?

There are not many posts available for some reason?  Do you mean posts like the first three in this forum?  As for this thread, it was somewhere around page 7 or so until you posted in it.  So you skipped over dozens of threads to get to this one, and selected it in spite of the fact that there is no indication in the title that it concerns AARC.  Then you claim to be a "neutral person", but you refer to the Wizard by his first name.  The second post in this forum is titled Survivor's Stories, which entails one person's account of their experience with AARC.  So immediately upon coming to this forum, an explanation of why these people call themselves survivors.  But then you already, knew that, what with working at AARC and then posting in this forum for years.  You used the name the Flower months ago.  Dumb. Getting dumber, approaching dumbest.

Ajax:  Believe me you do not know me and I do not work at AARC.  Someone else calling themselves the Flower is coincidental.  I have been reading about AARC - particularly a report by a lawyer Philip Elberg and I am extremely concerned about it.  Let's just put it this way - I knew Brian Neal and I am just trying to find out what has happened at AARC.  I have been out of the country for years and just want to know. If no one is willing to tell me, just say so and I won't post anything again.  Whatever happened to you or your friends, I am truly sorry.

"I am just a neutral person who knew Brian Neal and refers to the Wiz by his first name.  I have been out of the country for years, but upon my return I randomly came across a website called Fornits.  After randomly discovering this website, I happened to find a thread posted on page 7 of one of the forums that oddly enough happened to relate to AARC, although I didn't think to even look at the first three threads in this forum.  Trippy.  And then, it turns out that the name I post under is the same as that chosen by someone else posting in this forum months ago.  Even trippier."
Why would anyone investigate AARC?

Truth is stranger than fiction.  I am not a computer wiz - started googling AARCafter I read Elberg's report which comparea AARC with Kids and came upon the few pages from your site which I have referred to.  I only learned about Brian a couple of days ago because I have been away since 1993.  I knew him when he worked at AARC, read a few of the posts and i just want to know... survivors of what?  If you don't want to answer me - please at least tell me how I can access the survivors' stories.   I gather that you and some of the staff at AARC don't see eye to eye and presume that you think I am an AARC staff trying to engage you in some wierd trip.  That is not the case.
Given that at least some people are making allegations of abuse at AARC - isn't an investigation warranted?  I am just trying to find out what has happened.  I have my own reasons.

"I'm just a neutral person who refers to the Wiz by his first name and I knew Brian Neal.  But I didn't know that Brian Neal has been dead for years.  I have been out of the country, and thus was unable to communicate with anyone via telephone, the internet, mail or any other method.  However, in spite of this lengthy period with no contact with anyone else who knew that Brian Neal was dead, I felt compelled to begin googling AARC.  Although I knew Brian Neal and refer to the Wiz by his first name, I know absolutely nothing about AARC and why it would be the subject of a forum on a website dedicated to institutional child abuse.  After having read a report by Phil Elberg detailing exactly the inherent problems in AARC, I found this website, and this forum.  I was unable to read any threads on any of  the first seven or eight pages in the forum, but luckily I came across this thread and posted here.  Although I am, as I said, a neutral person, it is important that I find the stories of AARC survivors.  Although I don't know why they are referred to as survivors because I am a neutral person who knows nothing about this entire phenomenon."

O.k. guys - this kind of communication does not lend any credibilty to the seriousness of the allegations.  I will find my answers somewhere else.  For those of you who may have been abused or exploited by someone who was supposed to help you but didn't...I extend a wish that you will find justice and healing somewhere.  Last posting by

AARC saved my life too. I was about to be eaten by tigers, but AARC swooped from the sky and snatched me to safety.  Later, the Wiz and I prayed together in thanks.  So long for now, Joshy.
