Show me where I ever stated my experience went outside SUWS and ASR.... I talk about it often and acknowledge this anytime anyone asks me. I'm not mad Cindy, in fact Ive been laughing at you all night. As to my comments regarding ASR, Ive never made a charge against them without either having the facts to back it up, or acknowleding I made a mistake.

That being the case I know more than enough about ASR to make the comments Ive made.

I think most of these school are run with the best intentions in mind and are willing to change policies if they are found to be abusive.

Do you think this can happen over and over again and not make the headline news? Fox news would love to feature this stuff, any news agency would (even if it were half true). But it is not, we know that because parents would shut these places down in a heart beat if they even used language they hear here on fornits against them!

Imagine what would happen if a kid got raped or abused on a Therapeutic boarding school or all places!! Talk about a story and headlines!! They have been operating for decades???.

After 2 decades there is enough "lack of incidences evidence" to indicate that many of these places are safe. Something would have surfaced, after 20 years, if there was a systemic problem.

 So on the basis of shipping your daughter off to two programs (worked like a charm the first time huh?) you're able to commentate on the entire industry.

Well the truth is I do know how many of these places operate, they by and large use many of the same techniques, strip searches, monitoring communications, coercive therapy et cet.

Like I said, youre just too stupid and lazy. If you change your mind though you might be able to find one or two examples in the same posts where DJ acknowledged he ignored his kids and I claimed the best way to handle teens with issues is to ignore them.

Oh, now you are giving me hints, Ha,Ha,  I will still pass....leave that stuff to you....the main thing is that you dont take this too seriously or get upset.  I am glad to see that....its just a forum with words and faceless people, Bob.  Dont take it personally,  I just post what I feel is the right information for parents to have and share my experiences, like everyone else.  I know mine tend to rub people the wrong way here, but it is only for the benifit of the kids that I do....wouldnt want them to end up in some dump getting abused...know what I mean?

Try communicating with some of the other people a little, I think it would be much more rewarding than just trolling..  just try a couple of people a day to start ....see what it is like.. ..dont think I could do what you do all day...but to each his own as they say....
