Ganja, I actually have to thank you, I had a cause and did what you said I was sent on a mission and picked up the Deluxe edition, sat back and enjoyed myself.  I grabbed the Quadrophenia CD also when I was out (haven?t opened it yet).  I skipped around a lot for the first hour.  I settled into ?My Generation? which was different than the original release as I remember.  It ran on for 16 minutes, similar to what I had heard in concert in ?73, they really let Townsend lose on this edition.  I caught ?Happy Jack? which I have not heard in years and ?smash the mirror? ? anyway

What have I missed?

You guys have been busy,  I will try to answer a couple:

I am not sure why this stands out.  If the graduates feel it adds value then it is worth something.  Lets pick any corporation say Microsoft.  If the reporters and news people say the company sucks and their products are bad it may raise an eyebrow or two but the bottom line is the consumers.   If people are using and getting value out of the product that is what counts.  Only the users really appreciate what they got out of it, people on the outside can only speculate.

But one of my beefs was that they release kids back into their old environment without a support system.  When my daughter came home she went right back to her friends and it was obvious that ASR needed a transition program which they do have in place now.  My daughter went back and tried everything that she missed but she realized it wasn?t a lifestyle she wanted.

What's plainly obvious is that your daughter grew up.  Mine did too.  Do you remember any of what I told you about my oldest daughter?  I guarantee she caused me as much or more fear as yours.  Difference is, I believed in her and in her ability to grow from her own mistakes.  It took a while and there were more than a few sleepless nights, knock down drag outs, LE, physical fights with her sister (who is/was much smaller) and trashing her room because she was pissed she couldn't find some more "X".   The lessons we learn from our own mistakes are the ones that are meaningful.  The ones forced upon us are not.

Why is this important to you?  Rudy Bentz was Head master, John Powers was Dean of Academics.  I don?t remember Vardell.  Is there a reason I should?  I don?t remember Alan Russell either.  I interfaced with the Dean of academics a few of the teachers, the counselors and Rudy the Dean of Students.  Whats the point?

He can't understand that, he hates his daughter and views her as a liabilty. Cindy the falesy in your analogy is that when Microsoft sells a defective product a person can take it back and get a refund. If all the products turn out to be crap then eventually people stop buying. With TBS's there is no garruntee, and no refund. Whats more if a person tries to claim that the services advertised were not provided or moreso were a complete failure then they get sued. They can also use patsy's like you to claim things have "improved" anytime enough people start to question the actions. Of course remaining unregulated helps as well.
