Man, I don’t blame my parents at all.  I was so screwed up when I was 16 that freedom of speech was the last of my worries.  I was so high all the time that my speech was slurred and no one could understand me anyway LOL so it really didn’t matter.  I couldn’t remember half my therapy sessions, I exposed myself to my guidance counsellor and missed over 120 days of school my sophomore year.  I sold my dads car to some freak in the city for an amount I don’t remember and my kid sister had to be tested for Hep C exposure 3 times in 2 years.  I dried out in some hospital about 200 miles away from home and then ended up in PV.  Now 4 years later I am able to function day to day on Zoloft and thats it, got my GED.  As soon as I get some money together I plan to surprise my dad with a new car.  Its the least I can do, I have no idea how he paid for my time at PV.  But I am sure it would have been mine and my sisters inheritance someday.
At this point in my life I am just glad they did something for me  and didn’t give up on me and am grateful my sister didn’t end up with Hep C like I did.  I am not going to beat them up because they chose a shitty place for me.  I owe them big time and my kid sister is so beautiful and we are the best of friends now.

LOL sold your dads car!!  I never attended a day of school my sophomore year and pretty much slept all day and was out all night.  My mom covered for me because she knew my dad would kill me or send me away if he found out how bad it really was.  Then I was caught dealing to this guy who was sleeping with this 14 year old, he was like old in his 40’s or something like that.  So it made the papers and my dad flipped (I mean really flipped) and I was on a plane a few days later.  Being sent to a program meant no jail time.  I am not comfortable naming the program but I can tell you that most of the kids there were not as bad off as I was.  Looking back I wish my dad had found out sooner so I would have missed all that time and spent money.  I really screwed up my head all those years on drugs.
Advice to parents reading.  Don’t wait for the cops to get involved to do something to help your kid.  It wont get better on its own, it will only get worse trust me!

The term abuse can mean whatever you want it to mean, that is the great thing about free speech. You are open to your opinion just as much as I am to mine. As I say this, there are always the people who come back and ask if I support free speech so much, then why do I support programs that control speech in every way. That is a completely different situation, apples and oranges.

...

You have the most screwed up logic I have ever seen.  Look it isn’t apples and oranges.  Most of us on fornits agree that things were not working out at home for us, many of us dropped out of school, disrespected our parents’ rules in their house, got high whenever we wanted, exposed our siblings to drugs.  Our parents gave us many chances to straighten up but we managed to piss them all away.  We are mainly pissed off because our livestyles were interrupted and we were not sent to any of the better programs so we didn’t have a very good experience and by the time we got out we were all pissed off again because we missed all that time we could have spent getting high instead of studying towards our highschool diploma.  The programs controlled our way of life and controlled our speech (i.e. took our cell phones, lap tops etc.).  This is very different than not allowing people to express their opinion.  We still expressed our opinions loud and clear and had freedom of speech the only difference is the staff just didn’t react to it the way our parents did and it wasn’t as much fun doing all that stuff when we were not high.
So next time you talk about freedom of speech please be specific.

 thewho^^

Quite identifiable by its  calling card, "cell phones."
See what I mean about banning/shooting it? Who doesn't provide "free speech," as in "exchange of ideas".

Who stops, stunts information exchange, by any means possible. Its not what he says, it is its behavior that is the problem

Who's a one-creep saboteur machine interested in nothing but wrecking this forum's functionality.

Who exploits the freedoms of fornits to accomplish that, while our freedoms get stripped to accommodate its odious presence.

Ban it. Delete its posts when it pretends to be someone else.

Give me its info. i guarantee I'll get its name. And trust me, attaching a name to its odious actions will scare it away in no time at all.

Its a shill for Bain Capital, or a  psycho cult devotee. Either way, that truth revealed, it'll evaporate.

Its not even him, look at the mark above the "e" in "thewho".  It has to be an admin posing as thewho because no one else can put "Aspen Goebbels" in that field except an admin.  No one has access to it.

Sure, but they obviously meant the guest posts were made by TheWho, which i suspected as well. And of course just b/c the impostor was also on this thread doesn't necessarily mean anything.

No, I have been following the conversation closely.  The new "who" is psy or Ginger (one with the mark over the "e".  No one else can fill in the field "Aspen Goebbels" like that unless you are an admin.  The old who is posting as a guest and they are just having fun switching roles.  It funny actually, no harm done.

Ha,Ha,Ha...more conspiracy theories from the trolls. Admins locked my old account for laughing at a video they posted of my daughter. They put the video in my signature now and I can't remove it, so now I see it as a badge of honor. Free speech is not being respected at fornits, they can't win a debate without changing the rules on me.

Above is the real who. His writing style is very distinct.Who, I hear you about the trolls. You're slime in every other respect, but on that you've got a good point.

How can you support the abduction and imprisonment and "treatment" of youth in programs when there has never been ANY medical evidence that any program is "helpful,"  much evidence produced they are harmful, and their demonstrable cultic abuse, nature, origins, and base?  (CEDU, carlbrook, Elan for example)

That's pretty much what I saying, aside from the 'fake' Who with the é.
