Hey c'mon now Jimmy. You asked if I was "Duramullet"
I tried to come up with a little interesting dialogue to say "no" instead of just saying uhhmm, no Jimmy"
You hurt my feelings man!
Ok, I made that last part up.

But hey, if it will make you feel better, we can engage in further banter and argue back and forth about who would win a race between you and I...
Im sure someone will fill in as me, or you can just continue assuming that any random post is mine and respond accordingly.

Like I said, if I happen to post here, it will be civil.

P.S.
I drive a 02 F-250
No exhaust mods, or shiny spinny wheels, no hos in the back seat. Just a stock truck. Oh wait, theres a neoprene seat cover, a spray in BL'er and a fiberglass canopy with my good ole trusty Thule bike rack on top. Is that enough to put a John Holmes sticker next to my name?

Damn, I shoulda asked the dealer if it would pull a house, sunofabich!

Jimmy dont play the game here man. Its so silly to see so many people assume this post is from that person, and that post is from this person.
The rare civil conversations here are very difficult to get involved with because of the infiltration of idiots who have no communication skills other than to belittle others and degrade people they dont know anything about.
I cant imagine the worthless lives these people live who type such elaborate, sick, and offensive crap?
I used to let it irritate me a little, but you know as well as I do these people need watever attention they can get.
Shame they get it in an anon role with such negative garbage.

I have no complaints about my bedliner. But I took some steps to avoid the common problems they have.
I cleaned the bed very good myself with a 200 grit sanding sponge and then wiped the whole thing down with laquer thinner. Then I primed it with red oxide primer and immediately had the bedliner sprayed on the next day. None of the common issues of peeling and scratching or bubbles have come up, and I use the crap out of that bed.
The truck has been good to me. Ive put 150k miles on it!
Three weeks ago, the head decided it was going to reject a sparkplug. Those 5.4 litre tritons are notorious for spitting out plugs (google 5.4 triton spark plug) Youll find a million people whove had the same thing happen. Just spits them out and takes the threads with them!
Helicoils are only a temp fix, and they have a habit of coming lose too and dropping into the cylinder and causing damage to it and the piston.
Ford has refused to acknowledge an issue with the heads they put in these trucks (99-05) they are soft, and only tapped with three freakin plug threads!

Rather than just get a new head installed, which would have been about $3200 with labor, I elected to get a new motor put in.
$5500 dollars (Ouch) but I get a 4/40 warranty with it. Also had the tranny serviced and a new heavy duty torque converter installed. As well as a split borla exhaust, a beefed up tranny cooler, and the good ole K&N cold air intake/filter system thats been in my garage for a year.
Seemed like the right time to do it.
I get it back tomorrow.

You should quit this place man, Go to alum and make the best of it. Ill join you and make an effort to post more over there about whatever comes up.
Just too many fools in here to deal with, which Im sure we'll see more of soon enough.
I know I said I was leaving here, and I intend to.
The disgusting dialogue effects my attitude and just puts me in a foul mood sometimes. Not that I take anything anyone here says personally, theres not a soul here who knows anything relevant about me.
But reading the crap in here is such a waste of time, and would be very embarassing if the three awesome ladies in my life found out I even look in here! (theyre out shopping for summer clothes...or I wouldnt be here!)

If I happen to post, youll know its me, there will be no question. I have nothing to hide. I spell and punctuate properly, and gratuitous profanity isnt my style.

As for "Youre a little bitch"
Get a grip dude

You got taken to the cleaners.I sell these motors all the time( your right about the heads,I see it regularly). I get 2400 bucks/plus core 3/100 parts and labor. If you have a problem with my motor in 3 years. I replace the engine,AND pay the re-install.
Ford uses a Loctite type substance on the threads at the factory, whereas our rebuilder does not.

Wouldnt this entire situation with the spark plugs blowing up be considered under the lemon law? I mean that is some serious issues, not to mention costly. This is why I went from Ford to chevy, I had an older Ford and an 03 with a diesel that I sold not long ago, the older one was built well, but started to become not reliable after 142,000. I use it as a company vehicle and demand alot from it, so I needed something reliable and strong. The Chevy's power is far more superior then Fords, I couldn't beleive how much more better quality is put in to the chevy vs the ford. The drive train alone on the chevy is 3 times the six of the fords. The single cylinder distributor concept is neat and smart, there is plenty of extra room under the hood to work on the chevy vs the ford.
Also the chevy is very economical on fule compared to my older ford, at least for me it is. The chevy saved me about a 1/2 tank of gas vs the ford under the conditions I generally use it for,a nd this is running the AC when towing up hills also.

Taken to the cleaners?

No, I got a new crate motor built in Spokane Wa to fords specs, instead of a reman like you sell.
I got a 4/40 warranty good at ANY ford dealer.
I got a new torque converter, new water pump, 8 new coils, new plug wires and boots, K&N and Borla exhaust installed, and some mighty fancy paper floor mats!

Dood?
