Last poster: you're joking, right? This is your idea of using your own previous writing as satire (I hope).

Because otherwise we've got a problem here folks.

Yes, this is precisely the aim.  The "real" topics are beyond the comprehension level of these posters, but they compulsively post daily anyway.

Remember these are two very disturbed women, one of whom is in real and serious need of psychiatric care, but fancies herself an expert on the "industry" because she sent her son to an abusive, shut-down, sued-out-of-business facility.  She believes this makes her an expert and she loves to belittle and deprecate survivors.

Do a search for "ottowa5" or "anne hall" (same person) and you'll see the vile nature of this twisted creature.

Fool you know zero about anything. Even if your buudy ginger is giving out IP's all that tells you is WHERE the message comes from not WHO sent it. And some terminals have dozens or even hundreds of people posting on them

And a whole lot of people think fornits is funny as hell but nothing but losers so don't be surprised if lots of people want to laugh when somebody making fun of that full of himself bully DJ.

One of the people you mention I know for a fact is out of the countr in a place where the technology is so primitive that it takes about 45 minutes to get off an email if it works at all. I doubt they'd be wasting time back and forthing with you

I also know that the person you're slandering here lost contact with this board over a year ago

She left because SOMEHOW SOMEBODY was doctoring her posts after she sent them. Changing what she said inserting things she'd never say

Hmmm, now I wonder who'd be able to do that? A hacker? somebody with the inside track at the site? Both?

Anybody reading this don't believe a word this moron says For that matter don't believe a word that is posted here if the posts can be so easily tampered with by whoever

And you loser I really wish that this person (my friend you little creep) who long ago wrote you off was just a little more malicious cuz I'd like to see you (potbelly and all) hauled into court for harrassment criminal defamation and about a hundred civil charges covered by your libellous comments, lies, posting of personal info, and general malice

I think it's only a matter of time before somebody teaches you something about the law in this country.

man i was almost releived when i saw an active forum for HLA and how bad it sucked. but this site is ridiculous. nearly every single topic on this site is skewed with the MOST RETARDED arguments about the stupidest shit i have ever heard. i guess its whats expected of a site consisting of 1)crazy dumbass parents :silly:  :silly: ///
4)and then theres all these anonymous idiots who are probably part of the list i just said

GOD ANONYMOUS POSTING IS FUCKING STUPID, why is it allowed. there really needs to be a light forum moderator, not on names- but on checking IPS so maybe we can ACTUALLY DETERMINE WHO IS FULL OF SHIT AND WHO ISNT.

whoops, that made some sense, so it probably wont make sense to u people.

::crybaby::  ::bangin::

same poster, same lies, same threats.  how many times do I want you to get caught doing this before you quit?  hundreds of posters?  no.  you and your demented kid posting from your house.

quit crying because you're too dumb to get away with your foolish behavior.

nobody "doctored" any posts.  you are really just that viscious and stupid and you hit "say it" when you're angry or drinking, then you regret it when somebody holds you accountable.  what a crybaby.

if you can dish it out but can't take it, maybe you should find something new to do with your time. really, isn't two years of constant trolling a bit too much for even you?  when is enough going to be enough for you?

Don't you think that it is a little harsh to post all of this ladies personal information?

That gives you MUCH less credibility, as far as I am concerned.  I know for a fact that this Anne lady isn't even the one who posted that.

May be more than "harsh", maybe illegal?  Can't think of a nicer place to test this new law than at fornit's!

Annoying someone via the Internet is now a federal crime.

It's no joke. Last Thursday, President Bush signed into law a prohibition on posting annoying Web messages or sending annoying e-mail messages without disclosing your true identity.

In other words, it's OK to flame someone on a mailing list or in a blog as long as you do it under your real name. Thank Congress for small favors, I guess.

This ridiculous prohibition, which would likely imperil much of Usenet, is buried in the so-called Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act. Criminal penalties include stiff fines and two years in prison.

"The use of the word 'annoy' is particularly problematic," says Marv Johnson, legislative counsel for the American Civil Liberties Union. "What's annoying to one person may not be annoying to someone else."

Buried deep in the new law is Sec. 113, an innocuously titled bit called "Preventing Cyberstalking." It rewrites existing telephone harassment law to prohibit anyone from using the Internet "without disclosing his identity and with intent to annoy."

To grease the rails for this idea, Sen. Arlen Specter, a Pennsylvania Republican, and the section's other sponsors slipped it into an unrelated, must-pass bill to fund the Department of Justice. The plan: to make it politically infeasible for politicians to oppose the measure.

The tactic worked. The bill cleared the House of Representatives by voice vote, and the Senate unanimously approved it Dec. 16.

There's an interesting side note. An earlier version that the House approved in September had radically different wording. It was reasonable by comparison, and criminalized only using an "interactive computer service" to cause someone "substantial emotional harm."

That kind of prohibition might make sense. But why should merely annoying someone be illegal?

There are perfectly legitimate reasons to set up a Web site or write something incendiary without telling everyone exactly who you are.

Think about it: A woman fired by a manager who demanded sexual favors wants to blog about it without divulging her full name. An aspiring pundit hopes to set up the next Suck.com. A frustrated citizen wants to send e-mail describing corruption in local government without worrying about reprisals.

In each of those three cases, someone's probably going to be annoyed. That's enough to make the action a crime. (The Justice Department won't file charges in every case, of course, but trusting prosecutorial discretion is hardly reassuring.)

Clinton Fein, a San Francisco resident who runs the Annoy.com site, says a feature permitting visitors to send obnoxious and profane postcards through e-mail could be imperiled.

"Who decides what's annoying? That's the ultimate question," Fein said. He added: "If you send an annoying message via the United States Post Office, do you have to reveal your identity?"

Fein once sued to overturn part of the Communications Decency Act that outlawed transmitting indecent material "with intent to annoy." But the courts ruled the law applied only to obscene material, so Annoy.com didn't have to worry.

"I'm certainly not going to close the site down," Fein said on Friday. "I would fight it on First Amendment grounds."

He's right. Our esteemed politicians can't seem to grasp this simple point, but the First Amendment protects our right to write something that annoys someone else.

It even shields our right to do it anonymously. U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas defended this principle magnificently in a 1995 case involving an Ohio woman who was punished for distributing anonymous political pamphlets.

If President Bush truly believed in the principle of limited government (it is in his official bio), he'd realize that the law he signed cannot be squared with the Constitution he swore to uphold.

And then he'd repeat what President Clinton did a decade ago when he felt compelled to sign a massive telecommunications law. Clinton realized that the section of the law punishing abortion-related material on the Internet was unconstitutional, and he directed the Justice Department not to enforce it.

Bush has the chance to show his respect for what he calls Americans' personal freedoms. Now we'll see if the president rises to the occasion.

In all history, there is no instance of a country having benefited from prolonged warfare. Only one who knows the disastrous effects of a long war can realize the supreme importance of rapidity in bringing it to a close. It is only one who is thoroughly acquainted with the evils of war who can thoroughly understand the profitable way of carrying it on.
