The
only thing the government needs to do to improve the situation w/ meth is to reverse the scheduling change made in, I think, the early `80's. Put it back into the hands of doctors and pharmacists. That's it. That's all we have to do to turn it back from a dangerous scourge to a minor, occasional private health problem.
Oh, and in any state, I don't care if you're tweaking on stimulants or running on pure organic rage. Tweakers will be ejected from the property w/ as much force as need be.
