If it was anything like The Seed and Straight in that regard, I'm sure there were and are people there who care. They probably believe in Concept and are sure they're doing the right thing. Trouble is, they don't really get the process or understand why it "works". They only know how to make it work. People like that often have a harder time with the whole experience afterward. People who never really invest themselves don't lose as much to the process.

I was a "A Team" member myself and the further up you got and the more she trusted you the more you learned how insincere and manipulative she was.  (God I forgot about that A team stuff.)  Just because Missy wasn't as bad as others doesn't mean she was good.  She watched and encouraged violence.  She made connections to boost her self-esteem not from any type of concern.  She never knew the people she was assigned to just made bizarre references to her own clichés like "Pale and Tragic".  
Missy might have had good intentions some of the time but that doesn't make up for who she was the rest of the time and the damage she inflicted.  I only hope that since I left she has actually gone to school to learn how to do the job she pretended to and realized she is a lesbian  (WHICH IS COMPLETELY FINE!!!!) so that she can work on her issues before tackling others.
Oh yeah and when you were her "kid? she gave you huge parts of her job to get done for her.  If she felt over worked then she should have dealt with Clare herself not made other's lives even harder.
Missy might have showed you care a few times but that doesn't make up for all the other times and other people she abused or watched being abused!  She is not trying to change the system, she is complacent and lazy and found a niche where she feels needed and valued.
One more thing, she lied to my parents all the time.  It's only now that I can hear how she really felt about me.

You all need to shut the fuck up.  Missy is truly dedicated to the people at elan, she doesn't just care because she has to, she really does care.  So what if she stands up for elan and the people there, she works their, and it's her right too. You anons can be such assholes sometimes.

Missy is a wonderful person. She tells it like it is! She is VERY hard working, truly careing, sincere and honest. What more could you want in a role model? I wish I had someone like her to talk to when I was in high school.
