Lincoln Village is part of Kentucky's Juvenile Justice System, serving roughly 30-40 kids at a time, if I am reading things correctly. My guess is that it qualifies for what might be termed community-based treatment or a "group home," or rather, what Kentucky called a group home when they started to deinstitutionalize the juvenile rehabilitation system in the early 1970s.

this particular facility. Obviously, this site is more pertinent to the
educational part of these kids' "rehabilitation." There's a pic at the link, but it translates too huge to post:
