Whooter: Why are you here? You live here at Fornits, and the only thing you do is poke at program survivors. Why would you spend your time doing it? It is sadistic. And non sensical. If I thought a site was full of hooey, you could not pay me to live there.

Ursus have we documented this incident as best we can. Do we have actual Elan folks that were there (time/date of incident) commenting here (fornits) or is it heresay. I can not quote something that is heresay it is just a principle of mine. I must talk with the actual people who witnessed.

Michael,another Michael,and myself were bunkmates for over a year. I never heard theseories you are telling,and everyone used to tell their stories,as to how they were, when they arrived. I talk to Michael (many letters) all the time. He has never mentioned you. Nobody forgets their 1st day at Elan.

First off I have no big agenda here, I don't float around threadjacking, most threads I talk on is to rebut someones crap like yours here. Now just like you said you talked with Harry Kranick all the time (bullshit), now your saying you write letters to Michael (bullshit). Art if your looking to shake me or try to skip me up you can't because everything I say and do here is the truth. "CHECK IT OUT". If you read my post it was not Michael's first day I interviewed Michael in July, his first day was not until late August early September. If Alan Frey was still alive (God rest his soul) he could second everything I'm saying since he was my roommate and fellow confidant. Why would Michael tell you about that interview it was not that special to him as it was on my part. I'm sure after he left that office he went back home for another month and a half and continued to get high and drink. I don't believe I left that big of a impression. Now on my behalf it did leave a impression how many folks have interviewed a dude who potentially murdered a women.
Another thing Art, your not going to be able to recollect anything I am talking about because as I was leaving Elan you were just getting there if in fact you got there in 1978. I left in 11/78. I worked as a Ass.Director with Joe Rodriqiiz at E-7 just down from E-3 on the left. Used to be the cottage I slept in when I first got there.

Go on my facebook site look up my friends and you will find several friends from Illinois who were at Elan ask them about me. You folks have had access to this for what 9 months now but no everyone wants to run around saying, "Oh I don't know you, nobody knows you". I have befriended all of you at one point on my facebook site, all of you could have gone through my friends list, most of you found Marty why not the others, because you weren't there with me. Mike O'Neil was staff and you don't even remember him, Anna Goodman was staff, Tracy Robbins, Sean Ohara, all these folks and more were staff in 1978 through 1979. Did you know them Anna Goodman and Alice Dunne were roommates, Diane Hozman ran Elan 7. Do you remember the Elan Mens fast pitch softball team of 1979. I do I was there for a game in June of 1979. Do you remember Tommy Agos and Carmela Cuccaro. Don't tell me I don't know what I am talking about Art. I have so much information I have forgotten more then you'll ever know about Elan.
I am the real deal, my problem here is you folks. You, Felice, Mark, Tim, Sharon, Matt busting my balls from day one. You want answers well I have them but I want a responsible, competent, even tempered, individual to ask me rational questions without being sarcastic. Ya know Art this is a very vulnerable subject and very hard to talk about. So help me to trust you and I will answer any question you want. Just stop telling me I don't know what I am talking about.
It is like a paradox you folks want answers from me and at the times I try, then you throw it back in my face and say I am full of shit. Then you want answers again then the cycle happens again. Well I am ready to stop this circle.

Elan is not a program to help troubled teens, yet it is a place where people learn to become more vindictive and mind fuck those who oppose you. There is a hidden message in elans purpose and that is "Do what you want to that is not right, but do not get caught at doing so". Elan teaches you to be more sneaky and more vindictive towards people by getting back at those by narcing them out, or getting them in trouble for anything.

There is no refuting. Have one new resident witness a ring run by a director with staff present that new resident would think all staff and directors were like this. Have Joe scream and debase someone and you would think all do this. Well this was not true, Ed Freidman was the Director of E-5 and he never put a resident in the ring. Thought it was barbaric. Many other staff felt alot that went on at Elan was wrong but did we say anything to stop it while working there, NO. Did I ever say anything, NO. I did not openly talk about it until 9/1/09 approx.

Here is some information for ya, Michael came to Elan one late afternoon in early July of 1978, he was brought to the conference room at the office, I was off that day at home in Windham Me. Well that being said they asked me to start the evaluation by asking him about the murder. I remember feeling very intimidated by this because I had no training, education or experience in interrogating (not evaluating) anyone especially for a murder.
I was also somewhat excited also because I went ahead and did it.
The long and short of this encounter with Michael is this, he never admitted anything nor gave me information about anything. He laughed and thought the whole interview was a big joke, he laughed about Martha's death and felt very disconnected (my opinion) from her. This was one of his friends he grew up with, she lived right next door, he had very romantic feelings for her and he acted like all of this information meant nothing once again (my opinion). He insinuated his brother Tom knew more about this incident then he did by deflecting all questions toward the end, "ask Tom and Tom would know". I guess that is more then a insinuation...lol. Anyway the dude was very weird and uptight and at the conclusion of our meeting I left with a genuine feeling in my gut this guy knows more then he is willing to admit. Michael knows what happened I can't prove that.
Do I feel that my assessment and report to Marty and Joe reflected exactly that sentiment yes it did.
When Michael finally came back to start his residency and was subjected to the abuse he went through at first I felt he deserved this (I know this is sick on so many levels) because I believed he knew who killed Martha (I still do), I don't have that same believe. Michael was abused by Elan for no justifiable/rational reason at all. It doesn't make a difference if he did it or not, he still should not have been abused.
