Web forum hosting / Offer of space if the site ever has to move again....

I am also in the process of getting space at a place that will help *fight* Scheff if we were hosted there and were threatened.

My provider is generally pretty good, and washes their hands of stuff, plus I know the owner, but they have a "Cover Your Ass" AUP, and if they decided to, they could shut my server down, and considering my business is hosted there too, I decided to contact a place I hosted with a few years ago that took Diebold on directly in a Free Speech suit with the EFF for Cease and Desist letters very similar to this situation, just in a different venue...

I am hoping for an answer very soon, but essentially going there would ally ourselfs with a 500 lb Gorilla, the Electronic Frontier Foundation.

BTW,  I suggest that all the sites associated with this fight join EFF, because that in and of itself will go a long way, because as an EFF member, they would obviously have more of a stake in helping to defend us...

can I have the original pre-pdf version of this so I can correct the spelling and grammatical mistakes, and put them up in certain places around here that I have contacts in?

(GLBT Youth Centers, the local Diner, the Jiu Jitsu school that Shana, Dillon, and I go to, etc)

I just don;t want to put them up with all the mistakes...

I could type it over or try and edit in photoshop, but it would be easier this way....

I do hate to see Phil Elburg disrespected. He is as close to a real life hero, as I have personally come across.



Yep, I've been thinking of calling him, my 5 year old son is stuck in a "cult" of sorts on his other parent's side...

He's being indoctrinated into a way of living that closely resembles a Master/slave relationship... its no wonder, sionce his mother is the slave of her two "landlords" and denies this association to CPS, etc. But we have proof.... CPS didn't even ask me for what I had, they did an "investigation" that lasted two weeks, I never heard once from the investigator, and they closed it....

Her landlords are also so-called "leaders" in the "Master/slave" community, which is a portion of the BDSM community (bondage domination, blah blah blah) that tends to mandate certain types of living and has many of the same behaviours we experienced in KIDS. I am furious that my 5 year old is being exposed to it...

Oh? RFC1918 space is not the public IP you use to post, unless of course its on the same LAN as the server... in which, you're like me... I have my websites on the external interface to my network, and I communiate to them via the local LAN....

Seriously though, I understand the need for your confidentialiity... I am in a similar business...

Since it happened to me I am a witness that can document that this happened. Other players could too, the question is willingness to do so. There is one public record to substantiate this as well.

My 2005 PTSD diagnoses is documented in writing and clear states the cause as Straight Inc. That would definitely substantiate many things in the original post relevant to child abuse...ie. mental, emotional and psychological abuse, torture etc.


Yep... and there is no statute of limitations federally...

How about we all go together to the FBI and press charges vs. the directors of the institutions we were in (I was over 18 as well)

A Forensic Psychologist I've had to see for my child custody evaluation said another one that hit me like a ton of bricks...

this one has no statute of limitations federally... if you werre transported over state borders (and most of KIDS of NJ's people were), then its a federal crime:

Kidnapping.

Not really, honestly its not a suit they'd win either, and it would bring all this back into the public eye...

But yes, think of me as a backup plan....

See the reason Godaddy has an issue with hosting this type of thing is because they have no time to evaluiate if a suit has merit, they get a threatening letter, they take things down....

Damn "Straight".... seriously... I'm not one to go throwing stones without a target... and in this case, I haven't seen the report, the connections, or the hard proof...

Not saying its not there, but there are amny in government who just because someone of their party is throwing money in one direction will also take up the same behaviour to "look good", if Cheney thought he was really helping people... then its possible he thought that way...

Or he really knew ... in which case, hang him... but where's the proof.

Either way, in the current government, Cheney is the only one, while he may not come out and say it, is somewhat supportive of his daughter's lesbianism... and gay marriage at some level (its political suicide to come right out and support it)... so he has a little more credibility in my book... unlike the one who he's consistently in bed with....

Ginger, I know I haven't been around in a long time, but I have more than enough space to host this site if need be on my FreeBSD box, or even at home on Windows OR FreeBSD (on a 10Mbps uplink)

And I have no problem giving you root...

Just a thought... :)
