here there are rules about public disclosure for 501 c 3 tax exempt organizations. Read through it, and then file your own request if you like, the address is on the dfaf website.
I would suggest that if you choose to make a request, that you send it via certified and return receipt requested- so that you will be notified and have a record of when they receive your request.
You might want to send a duplicate copy to the IRS, to the local DA, to the Justice Department, and to the ST. Pete Times as well.
There is specific information about which forms they must release by law, and the time span and charges that may be applied to such a request- follow the rules and be polite.
