What makes the fire danger worse is the fact that the facility is locked down. In California residential facilities can not be locked. What type of abuse took place at Whitmore?

Tweaker and Peeker sob? Why they're running a fine academic boarding school so well...it only requires a part-time principal that's employed elsewhere...what's to cry about? And what could Tweaker be angry about as she goes about God's work just loving all the children there? But they are both hard workers, and filled with gratitude....they'll do fine working for the State of Utah!

Every state has laws, assume Utah is included....that employees are required to report incidents of abuse. IF Tori witnessed abuse of Joey, or any other student at Whitmore Academy--and this can be proven: this young lady needs to come forward and stop protecting the Sudweeks. She is not doing herself any favors, LEGALLY, by trying to cover up abuse for her EMPLOYERS.
