Suds run an honorable school? What a laugh. They do not know the meaning of HONORABLE?  They are liars, crooks, child abusers.  There is no honor among thieves.  They stole parents's money and childen's trust.

The Suds hired their part-time Math Teacher as the "new Principal." Think he has the proper credentials to serve in this honorable post at the Whitmore Academy? Perhaps Ms. Loutensock at the Utah Office of Education can provide that answer.

But, since the Sudweeks proclaim, they are "out of the teen help business" gotta make sure they keep these academics WAY UP THERE to attact the BEST OF THE BEST academic students RIGHT?

AVIATION? Right up there with "Woodshop"  "Horsemanship"  "Mechanics"
"Home Economics"  "Dance"

What a bunch of mind-bending classes for an ACADEMICS-ONLY Boarding School!

Gee, I wonder where he'll get access to planes and stuff?

"Hinton plans to offer courses in aviation, food handling, CPR and other areas of vocation training. "How great will it be for our kids to go home with a high school diploma and a pilot's license," he said. "That'd be awesome."

"J. Ralph Atkin, the founder of SkyWest Airlines, is listed in Commerce
Department records as the registered agent for Cross Creek Manor, Red Rock
Academy, the two limited partnerships that own Teen Help, R & B Billing (which
provides financial services for the programs) and Browning Academy. The state
also lists him as a trustee of WWASP, although he has denied that recently. And
he has been quoted by Associated Press as saying that he was a co-owner of
Morava Academy, the Czech Republic program that was shut down last year."

SURE DOES SOUND LIKE AN "ACADEMICS ONLY" Boarding School plan for Whitmore Academy to me...wonder why Ken Stettler, and all those licensing people are so worried, and don't just leave these fine Sudweeks people alone???

I think these kids at Whitmore could be trusted to fly about the skies of UTAH if they darn well please! Especially if someone as stable as the Sudweeks are teaching them.

So these kids MIGHT have a bit of behavior problems...some anger issues...a bit defiant...a little shady pasts with the law:
 THEY DON'T NEED NOT THERAPY!!!!
Let's just teach them AVIATION! Let them fly those planes, and be FREE!!!

Could the Suds and their friend the referral diva be BUZZING about and playing friendly  with their use-to-be-declared-enemies the WWASPS????
But they all go way way back together, let's not forget that.

Anyone heard if the State Fire Marshal has come back to Whitmore and completed his final inspection? Maybe some of the parents can stand FIRE WATCH when they come for "Parents Weekend." That can make them feel a PART OF THE SCHOOL!

The parents with kids at Whitmore should be "up in arms" about the safety of thier kids at this "school." HOW can these parents have their heads so buried in the sand?

Why would any reputable school fight so hard to avoid licensing and regulation?

One that has a lot to hide, maybe?

Hinton's deal at Kemper Academy fell thru---think Mark could call on his ex-WWASPie connections and hire Hinton to come-on-over to Whitmore and get these Whitmore kids a pilot's license?

Might have to ask Hinton to leave his pepper spray at home tho---

It is actually simple: The Sudweeks must follow the law. If they offer therapy--whatever they choose to call it-- for the students, they must be licensed and regulated by the State of Utah. This is what the parents enrolling their children ask for, pay for and expect. It is simple. If the Sudweeks want to be in business, then they must follow the rules!

The Sudweeks calling THERAPY "school counseling" can not  avoid the State of Utah's therapeutic label, and Whitmore will be licensed and regulated....

Perhaps if the Suds don't want to follow the rules set by the State of Utah, they could just move the Whitmore Academy to their locations in Canada or Mexico.

Are the Sud welcome in these two countries still?

Don't think they want them in Canada or Mexico.  They just might be thinking about Paraguay -- far away from the rules in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
