Paraguay sounds like a nice place for the Sudweeks--JUST DON'T ALLOW THEM TO TAKE ANY KIDS WITH THEM!!!  Now that's a solution!

Whether or not Tweek and Peek like the "theapeutic label or not" they will have to  be licensed and regulated, and follow the RULES...or close their doors. That is how it works. Simple as that.

How are Tweek and Peek going to explain this "therapeutic label" to the parents at this PARENTS WEEKEND event? More of the same? Just tell the parents: "As long as we call it SCHOOL COUNSELING, we can get around the State Licensing issue, no problem!" And, the parents are going to pay BIG BUCKS and stand for this?
There are OTHER schools who follow the rules. These parents need to WAKE UP!

Think Dr. Bernie Farrow could do a little TALK and explain the difference between COUNSELING and THERAPY????
Also--maybe this would be a good time for him to explain exactly why he and wife were fired from Cedar Mountain Academy...and exactly what his long-time connection to Sue Scheff and PURE is all about.  It seems confusing.

Suds need to get it! Therapy, including group therapy at Whitmore Academy = licensing and regulation! That's the deal.

Suds gonna start calling GROUP THERAPY "meetings" sort of like AA MEETINGS or NA MEETINGS....ummmmm now that should fool Ken Stettler, now shouldn't IT?
NOW Cherly can rant and rave screaming:

middle of the night: GROUP GROUP GROUP

Suds trying anything to get around the licensing and regulation of Whitmore.

The Suds may not like the "therapeutic label" but as long as Whitmore is open, that is the label they are going to have to live with. The writing is on the wall.  The Whitmore WILL BE licensed and regulated!

The student who just went home from Whitmore says Dr. Bernie is still conducting therapy at Whitmore...but that he calls it "school counseling for legal reasons."

Why all the legal fighting with Ken Stettler about the licensing situation if Cheryl Sudweeks is unaware of the legalities about having, or not having a License from the State of Utah if there is to be therapy going on at the Whitmore?
