"Life became easier"

One quote that stuck out in my mind. A parent explaining how she felt after she sent her kid to private kiddy prison.

And you know every single one of those parents have been through 3-4 "seminars." (?TASKS? - Discovery, Focus, Resource Realizations)

The object of these seminars is to get you to join their cult. That's why by the time they're fully "baked" they're singing the programs praises.

However those parents that start the seminars and can't finish them but instead end up pulling their kids from the program, only to discover that their child/children has been exposed to trauma and abuse are not the ones that the marketing departments use on their glossy brochures and shining infomercial advertisements.  Because why? Because those parents didn?t ?Get it.? It didn?t ?work? for them.

I wonder why?

Teen Help referred us to Bethel Girls Academy in Petal, MS (now closed, thank goodness) where my daughter (100 lb) was forced to eat gargantuan portions of foods she hated, drink spoiled milk, wear the same dirty skirt for 6 months (it was never laundered or cleaned), was sick and medically neglected, verbally and physically abused.  She was not a criminal.  she got involved with an lder "bad boy" and became combative.  WE felt a separationn would turn her back around to her usual self.  Instead she was placed with criminals, drug addicts, and prostitutes.  Other students were the greatest abusers.  The school was totally mis-represented to us.

They sound sincere, but are just lining their pockets with the hard-earned money of desperate parents.

Hold Him Higher - ya wanna hold "them" accountable?

Below you will find contact info for a law firm filing civil actions againt  WWASPS and related entities.
They are taking on more clients. I was told that they want to amend the case already filed, to include the names of other plaintiffs. So, if you feel you were damaged by WWASPS / Teen Help /  Teen Solutions - or what ever else they are calling themselves lately; and you would like to help hold them accountable for the harm done, please call or write Davette Speer at the number and address given below.
