He died, after many stints in jails and institutions, all of which can be directly attributed to his lack of respect for the Staff who were trying so compassionately to help him. Let that be a warning to you."

First off, you would think that anyone in the rehab field - particularly someone as high up as you claim to be - would have the wisdom to NOT use a name such as "Dr. Fucktard", as it immediately gives the impression that you are full of shit.
Second, the adjectives you are using to be more descriptive of those you claim to have helped/wanted to help are disrespectful and negative, and if you know anything at all about helping people, you know that keeping things positive, treating people with respect, patience, and being otherwise non-threatening gives results.
What I have read from you tells me that you don't give a shit about helping anyone at all, or are incredibly misguided. Anyone with half of a brain cell knows that people who are having issues with drugs are going to have respect issues, and speaking to them disrespectfully or using such hateful words will never earn their respect so they can be helped. I mean, who the hell listens to someone they don't respect? I don't think I need to answer that.
Obviously if you and your staff (should you be legitimate) have repeatedly failed in helping people, you are doing something wrong.
