Both of us are Executive Staff members at SIBS, and we have taken that username after being referred to as "Dr Fucktard" by a surly, recalcitrant druggie many years ago at another treatment center.  My esteemed colleague got a good laugh out of it, and it's been a running joke between us since then.  The druggie, well, he's not so fortunate.  He died, after many stints in jails and institutions, all of which can be directly attributed to his lack of respect for the Staff who were trying so compassionately to help him.  Let that be a warning to you.

We have found that usually a StraightMobile is sufficient enough, but to answer your question- yes we do. In it rides the God Squad to assist us with particularly difficult cases where the druggie has attempted to escape us on a prior occasion. We also utilize the van in cases where there are more than one or two druggies to pick up within a 5-10 mile radius.
