I recently received a call from a memeber of the Juab Planning Dept.He was seeking information.
He stated a permit was not isssued.Next meeting May 5,6:30. He asked for people to attend the meeting,the first Thurs.in May.
Southwest flys into Utah fairly inexpensively.
He was very concerned about the Sudweeks.

I would like to call and talk to Him/Her.
Perhaps he would accept formal affadavits instead of people personally flying up there.
