Wonder what the "conditions are that the Suds have to agree to in order to get this license for a private school" from the City of Nephi? Better yet, who will monitor them and make sure they abide by these "conditions?" Just wondering.

Who will monitor them? Probably the same bunch of jerks who monitired them the first time compliants came in and they were still given a permit.   :flame:   Oh the Sudweeks will comply to all the rules and make the necessary changes- but when they are not checked on - they will do there own thing.  And will continue to do their own thing because the state of Utah keeps letting them get away with it despite the numerous compliants.

Cry as they will at the powers that be- Cheryl can talk anyone into anything- Just ask Mark, he brags about this. :???:

Personally, I'd be on the next plane to Salt Lake City prepared to make an *unannounced" visit to this program so I could see with my own eyes what's going on and how my child is being cared for rather than give the owners any opportunity to put on some dog and pony show or rely on the word of some program referral agent.

Good idea- but keep in mind the Suds can make things look good for your visit.  And if there is something you do have a concern about- they can explain it- they have a variety of very good and convincing excuses.  Mostly good at manipulating the parent, blaming others and pumping themselves up.
