PUBLIC NOTICE The Juab Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 7, 2005 at 6:30 p.m. in the Juab County Commission Chambers located at 160 North Main, Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on a request from Mark Sudweeks to operate a Boarding School on property he owns in the southwest part of Section 32 T13S, R1E, S.L.B. & M.

Published in The Times-News, Nephi, Utah on 3/23/2005, 3/30/2005, and 4/6/2005.

Just sent them an email--also sent them the Canada Animal Abuse site to read about the horse abuse up there.  Understand the Suds plan to have horses and an arena at this NEW PLACE...so this commission issuing the permit needs to know exactly how the Suds treat animals TOO!!!!

The commitee chairman wrote me too.  My response is being submitted to the planning commitee.  COME on you guys they need more noise from us.  Keep writing and calling. We are running out of time.

The Public Hearing is today, Thursday April 7th: Sudweeks asking for permit to build "their new facility."--this location is outside Nephi."

Sudweeks -- granted the License for a Private School in Nephi, subject to "conditions." What Mr. McKnight, the City Administrator, had to say about these "conditions" can be read under the thread referring to this license.
