The lawsuit has been filed and will now find its way through the grinding wheels of justice. You can be sure when a trial date is set, and/or any preliminary hearings scheduled, that it will be posted on this site.

There are too many of us out here that want to be in court to see justice finally being served for young Roberto.

Anyone interested in actively going to the area to just observe and see what we can observe at the school? :em:

You probably wouldn't see a lot.  They would have already made sure of that.  If you hope to see anything at all it's best to go as an individual.  A delegation is kinda conspicuous.

Well, you could take a job there.

the war on drugs is but one manifestation, albeit a very dramatic one, of the great moral contests of our age -- the struggle between two diametrically opposed images of man: between man as responsible moral agent, 'condemned' to freedom, benefiting and suffering from the consequences of his actions; and man as irresponsible child, unfit for freedom, 'protected' from its risks by agents of the omnicompetent state.

go on graduation day.....the doors are unlocked!

however, they do have camaras......so you wont wander too long...and if they see you while they are outside "smokign" the children, take video as quick as possible, because as soon as they spot you, they will round up the kids and take them inside.

I saw this happen with my own eyes when I went to rescue my son....shocked the drill instructor whe he turned and saw us standing on the other side of the fence..but at last he stopped smoking the poor boy, he looked like he was about to pass about....and everytime the kid went down to teh ground to do his exercise, the instructor stuck his foot in his back!

I have thought that perhaps one way to gain access to TLC would be to drive an 18-wheeler with a large "cattle grate" on the front, up the stairs through the front door at about 60 mph.

Load all the kids in the back of the truck and head for the state line!  Well, I can dream can't I? Of course, the Bundy's would probably be all upset and want to file charges against me for destruction of personal property, etc... probably throw in kidnapping. But what the heck, it would be a helluva entrance.

Ginger's idea is best... get a job there. If you have an IQ higher than your shoe size you qualify; or you could request a visit stating you have a child you wish to enroll?

What is smoking?

Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense

oh yea..like "asking for a tour" is going to work.  Dont you realize, they tidy up and hide out the "undesirables" when they let people in for tours.  They are in the business of making money ONLY.  They aren't idiots.  They wont let you "tour" the school while it is in disarray or they while a child is being abused.  They wisk those particular children off grounds while the tours are in progress.
