I dunno, I remember her name as being Helen Beatrice Petermann with 2 n's. Some poor scared, little old lady may be out getting herself a Rottweiler now because of this. I guess I should have put that claw hammer to good use when I had the chance back at Ace hardware in '97. She still lives on the beach and her number has been unlisted since
1974, so how could it show up in a modern phone book? As far as getting the building back at 2565 72nd Street North in St. Pete, I am all for it and will see what I can do about contacting the owners. The old Morgan Yacht builing continues to occupy the land directly north and next to Massie Tool & Mold works who are now called Precise Massie.
You have to look real, real, hard to see the marks I made in the parking lot with my Torino with Scott Travis back in 1981 while engaging in "donut practice." The building never once faced the railroad tracks, so don't be fooled by cheap imitations. It also cannot be seen from the Tyrone/Pinellas Trail Overpass either. It can only be reached from 72nd Street and 22nd Ave north after turning at the light and heading north past E Systems. Where's the Tylenol?
