If I had to start a place ment it would be somewhat similar to ELan. The only differences might be lesser peer involvemnt, more staff involvement. I might make the LEs a little more productive ie. instead of scrubbing floors, maybe mow the grass. I think the VRs were important because it made on see that the incident may have been more sever than what you might get a TT for. I also think that a student court system is a good idea. A huge change I would make would revolve around the education factor. When I was ther, I got a pretty generic education that was not tailored to meet my personal needs. The funny part was, most people that were there were above average in intelligence, but the resources available to us sucked. So many things in the education factor made us ill equipped to enter main stream college life.
