Sorry, that was me above.

There's only one party on Capital Hill and it's the bipartisan spending party.

So, you are in Dallas, D. My father still lives there and I need to visit him soon.. Send me your e-mail, so we don't loose touch. Maybe we can hook up while, I'm there. It's gonna be a while, but anyway.

I do think it's important to be mindful of this though.

Surething Jim...I'd be great to see you again...Where is your mother at these days.  You make sure you tell her I said hello and wish her all the best from me.

Timmy

Who is Dean Williams...I remember a Dean from back in Midland but I can't picture....I knew one that I met through Brian Carolton and Charlie Johnson...years ago. Not sure if it is the same guy.  I appreciate the info on Corkey...I'm going to try and stop by and see him.  So what are you doing in CO Springs?  Did you know Menstral from Irving?  Someone told me he is in prison now.

I remember you well...so did my Dad...which they are planning on moving to CO Springs as well.  You graduated the program right?  I knew a lot of Midlanders who went but not many who graduated (Keith House after I left and Allison Isabel before I got there are two of the one two I can think of).  It's good to know your still out there.  You ever come to Dallas give me a call.

That is the same Dean.  I lived with him in Dallas 2000 - 2001 while attending University of North Texas and working for the Dallas Cowboys.

Inked at Ground Zero is in Midland.  If your referring to Brian Walker he's living in Dallas.
A lot of that group has moved back and forth between Dallas and Midland. I ping ponged the two a bit myself.

Here in Colorado Springs I play with a band called Porn Junky.   http://www.pornjunkyusa.com
This weekend we're recording an oi song simply
called "The Straights"

I went to Straight from Culvar in Midland.  My court deal was to finish.  All of my 4th and 5th phase visits home included a visit to the probation office.  I graduated and worked as Trainee for a few months.  I remember Keith and Allison.  Allisons brother Hunter finished long before I got there.

I would like to add to the thankfullness, I can take long baths when ever I want, Go potty when ever I want by myself. I can sleep! I can slouch! I can talk to who ever I want, read whatever I want to read. I can listen to music. Yall remeber having all this for the first time after Straight? The feeling was kinda scary. I didnt know what to do with myself.

I sat in my room for several days and just stared at the walls in silence.  It felt good to be quiet.  Then I put my Skid Row poster back up in my closet...then I put make-up on...the rest is history.

A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.

Tim - Yea, Kieth House was cool, we didn't hang around the same folks before STRAIGHT, but the day they brought him in and asked us if we had done drugs together we both lied and said no....I saw him after he commenced and he told me that was one of the lies he never confessed to...I didn't know Hunter, but hung with Allison several times when she got out.  She went to college in Colorado and I heard even got high, but as long as I knew her she never touched the stuff (after STRAIGHT that is)....Did you know Schneil (can't remember his real name  other than neil) - he told me he was in STRAIGHT and we even talked about it, but I have never found anyone who was in there at the same time as him.  I haven't seen a lot of that Midland crowd in years...but I hung with a lot of the Odessa crowd and many of them are in Austin.  I do remember you being on Staff or maybe 5th phase going to Staff, when I came in....I think you took me aside and talked to me and told me my Dad was your teacher...is that right?  I also think we partied together at that guy who called himself Slash (and was pretty crazy) house...is that right?

That is way wrong....the place must have warped us because while there it just became normal didn't it?  What were those damn things we had to write every night --MIR's?  is that right....anyone have to look themself in the mirror and say something good about themselves for every letter of the alphabet?   How can a place so crooked be called STRAIGHT....and Jim....were did you get that STRAIGHT shirt you mentioned earlier?
